Update 2/8/23: I had Proudfoot come and install another tankless water heater at our new house. Painless process, they were done within a few days of my initial request. I highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of their services. I have nothing but good things to say about Proudfoot. They replaced our old cast iron boiler with a combi-unit that acts as both boiler and on-demand water heater, and it works great. It's more efficient, saves money on gas, and provides unlimited hot water. They also fixed some long standing issues with our plumbing. The owner Hugh Williams was straightforward, knowledgeable and honest, and clearly took a lot of pride in doing the job right. Highly recommended! I will certainly be calling up Proudfoot for any plumbing or heating issues I encounter in the future.

The technicians at Proudfoot are knowledgeable and polite. They show up on time and do the job right. When I have to contact them, they respond quickly!

My furnace kicked the bucket in January and Proudfoot installed a new one in a matter of days. They went above and beyond by also lifting my hot water heater and putting it on bricks to protect it from moisture that sometimes gathers in my basement. I was pleasantly surprised and so very grateful for this additional service. I felt very taken care of. All of their techs were pleasant and answered any questions I had. I appreciate them so much and would highly recommend them.

I called Proudfoot plumbing last evening around 8pm about a complex shower issue, and a separate kitchen sink issue. They called me right back first thing in the morning. Came out same day and everything was fixed by noon! Very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Will definitely call them again if the need arises. Thank you!!
