I’m sorry but I cannot extend any stars to this company.After 2 hours in my home trying to unfreeze a frozen pipe in my game room. I was left still with no water and the very next day my basement flooded. I asked them if they were going to return to try again, only to be informed that they would charge me another service call and fee. It cost me $870 total and I still had no water and now I have a flooded basement so thank you Greater Pittsburgh I will not be referring you to anyone. PS. I also asked them if they could give me a break on the charge And they said sorry that’s what they charge The gentleman left. They told me it would resolve itself (my problem. ),It did the next day I had to steam clean all my rugs mop up all the water and bust open the wall again I will not be referring Greater Pittsburgh Plumbing.

These guys were great! Had to dig a hole deeper than they were tall, and under my driveway to preserve the concrete and all while it poured down rain to fix my sewer pipe. Really nice guys, answered my questions and explained everything with a smile. I recommend them highly. The guys came back to fill the hole with topsoil and even seeded and covered with hay. Excellent job, quickly and expertly done. Very pleased and satisfied with their work ethic, friendly and professional demeanor. They will be my go-to company from now on.

I needed a sewer inspection on a house under contract on fairly short notice, they were easily able to accommodate my request and schedule at the same time as my general inspection. The tech was very polite and professional, and took the time to explain what was going on during the sewer scope since I was curious about it. For anyone needing an inspection, I recommend Greater Pittsburgh Plumbjng for good service at a very reasonable price.

These guys are super pros at what they do. Definitely one of the best plumbing companies in Pittsburgh. Took them about 20 minutes to get the sewer unclogged, and they inspected the pipes for the camera just to make sure everything was OK. Brilliant work and super nice guys. I can highly recommend them to anyone who needs small or major plumbing Work done.

I called Greater Pgh Plumbing because I was in a bind for a job I needed done at my home as quickly as possible. They send a gentleman out in a day or so and if I agreed with the bid price they agreed to do the job that day! They stuck to their word even though their technician didn’t know. He called his boss and was permitted to do the job. That man worked until nearly 6pm and didn’t have enough time nor manpower to finish. True to his word he returned the very next morning with two more guys and finished the job in a few hours. When they were finished he showed me the job and there was one quick modification that I asked him to make. He happily and quickly did it. It technically wasn’t his fault. I believe it was a miscommunication between us. I highly recommend this company. They knew how to do the job and the guys were gentlemen. And they were available fast which was very important to me. In addition the two or three office ladies I talked to were kind, caring and efficient. Thank you Great Pittsburgh Plumbing!!! You helped me out of a huge bind!!!

Our plumber was great, very experienced and tried his best to help clear our clog. He was compassionate and i appreciated all the effort he put into help us out. We ended up needing a hydro jet and the two plumbers were nice and respectful. They showed me the camera into our plumbing and the areas where things are catching and tips to protect our pipes. We’re new homeowners and they helped us understand the issues and what may need to be fixed down the line. Very professional and helpful I will definitely be calling back for any plumbing needs! They are a little pricier than other places (we’ve had two previous plumbers out) but the experience and effort these guys put in was worth every penny and more than the other places combined!

Last week, we had to call Greater Pittsburgh Plumbing due to a gas leak in our home, which was discovered by Columbia Gas. We paid the $99 service fee, and to their credit, they sent someone out right away—the only reason I’m not giving a one-star review. The plumber arrived, inspected the area, then went to his truck before returning with two separate invoices totaling just over $2,000. He rushed through them without explaining the charges, including a pressure test. Unfortunately, with our gas shut off late on a Friday afternoon, we had no choice but to proceed. Columbia Gas instructed us to have the plumber wait on-site after completing the work so the utility company could turn the gas on. However, by the time the gas company arrived, the plumber had left, refusing to stay. As a result, we were left without heat and had to make multiple calls before someone finally returned. A week later, we smelled gas in our basement—right where Greater Pittsburgh Plumbing had worked. When Columbia Gas came to inspect, they found that a joint beneath the repair had never been tightened. The utility representative noted that a proper pressure test would have detected the issue, meaning we were charged for a service that was never performed. When we contacted Greater Pittsburgh Plumbing to address this, they refused to make it right. As someone in the real estate industry, I know that word of mouth is everything. I will never recommend this company—in fact, I will actively warn others *not* to use them.

Great service. Took care of everything that needed done. Made sure everything was running the way it was suppose to. Highly recommend this company. Norman and Ryan did a great job.Thanks again guys!!!
