I had a great experience from start to finish with RE Coogan. The owner was helpful, responsive, and offered timely service in an otherwise very stressful situation of having no heat and no hot water. The office staff was also incredibly efficient and helpful. Quality work, reasonable prices, dependable people- exactly what a company should be. Personal service and not just a number on a page. Highly recommended Bob and his team!

Let me start off by thanking R. E. Coogan Heating Inc.! My old inefficient gas converted boiler unit stoped working on Christmas Eve. After trying to replace a couple parts to no avail, I decided to call a couple local companies and without hesitation Robert Coogan started to get the ball rolling on helping my wife and I out. Within 2 days before the cold coming in, Robert and his guys took away my old boiler and hot water tank and replaced it with this fine Navien High Efficiency system. Going from a bulky boiler and tank to a beautiful looking unit on a a wall opened up more space in the basement. I can’t thank him enough. If you’re ever in a a situation with having no heat or hot water, please Give Robert and his guys a call at R. E Coogan Heating Inc. He will have your house nice and warm as fast as he can. Constant with updates of what they are doing and how it’s going. Again can’t thank him and his company enough.

AMAZING!! I called RE Coogan at 10am and had a new tankless heater installed by 5. I was glad to see the old 50 gallon water heater go. The men where neat and clean, polite and professional. I truly felt that they take pride in what they do.

Highly recommend Coogan HVAC and plumbing. Reliable, efficient, and knowledgeable. We had a system failure 2 weeks before Christmas. They responded quickly and were genuinely concerned about our situation during our time of need. They came quickly, evaluated and ordered parts needed. The job was quick, handled professionally and actually neat! Do not hesitate to consider them for any job.

8 years ago my water heater flooded my basement. RE Coogan came the same day and installed a new one which worked perfectly and never had a problem. So obviously I called him again to install a new one. Laurie in the office is soooo nice, Bob the owner is great and the guys that came to replace my tank were polite, professional, and respectful of the property. I recommend RE Coogan inc. if you like things done right!! Thanks again Robert and staff!

Great experience. Great group of people. Bobby is very caring and went ABOVE & BEYOND on install at my house. E brought down an overly extended exhaust tube, cleaned all the birds nest out of the exhaust & sealed it. All employees very knowledgeable and friendly. Lori was extremely helpful with rebate process!!! You all are truly 5 STAR!!! Thank you, Donna D.

I can't thank R.E. Coogan Heating Inc. enough for their incredible kindness and service. Late on Christmas Eve, when I had no heat and couldn't get help from anyone else (including a company I had a service contract with), Coogan Heating stepped in. Even though they don't typically service my area, they took the time to get on the phone with me, troubleshoot the issue, and help me solve the problem. Thanks to their expertise and willingness to go above and beyond, I had heat on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. What a gift! Their dedication, compassion, and professionalism truly made a difference, and I am so grateful. I highly recommend Coogan Heating to anyone in need of reliable and caring service.

Coogan Heating&Plumbing always does great quality work ,whether an install or repair. They just did a difficult repair on my daughter's house. Honest,competent, and friendly. Best at their job in RI.
