Raul installed my new hot water heater and did a fabulous job. Was fully transparent with pricing and super professional. Would 100% call him back for any other needs.

My staff informed me last night that our only toilet for the performers wasn’t working. After checking the problem I realized it was a drainage problem caused by the units down from us. After talking to two other companies that couldn’t help me because we are in a commercial building I called ARS Rooter. They quickly put my mind at ease and said they would have their drain specialist at my studio at 9:00 AM (8:00-12:00). Kevin had me flush toilet and saw that it didn’t flush properly. Then he went out and opened the clean out, saw the rising water and said the problem was somewhere down the line. He asked me to call the landlord as this was his problem. After a brief conversation Kevin said he would be back to use the jetter to clear the line. He told me to go on to my appointment and that I would receive a text when he was done. And hour later my toilet was flushing ready for rehearsal tonight. The office staff and plumber were wonderful. I highly recommend this company!

Their service technician, Mitchell provided excellent, professional service today. He brought me new filters too, which was very much appreciated. I’m a long standing client of ARS and very satisfied with their services.

The technician was friendly and very professional. To be honest he did more than we expected and was very knowledgeable bout heatbos working better than it has this winter. We couldn’t be happier with the work and the technician. I would be more than happy if this technician was sent every time we requested service from ARS. Mitch is amazing. Straight up with you, no games and 100% honesty and quality work. Rarely do you find someone who has done a skill for 35 years. Great guy and didn’t even mind my dogs. Should get a raise for sure and I have no idea how much he makes but awesome service

The plumber took the time to thoroughly evaluate the problem, which gave me confidence in their expertise. They explained the situation clearly, outlining what steps could be taken to have it done correctly, but emphasized that immediate action wasn't required. This not only saved me from unnecessary expenses but also showed their integrity and commitment to customer service.

I would like to thank ARS for sending Kevin who thoroughly inspecting my HVAC system. Kevin was very knowledgeable and explained every repair needed from least to most important to get done. He even fixed a safety issue that could have harmed me and my family. Thanks again Kevin for your expertise.
