I have Used Waterbury Electric for every electrical project I’ve had for years. From personal residences to my business. Small projects to full buildings and major renovations. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with them. Everyone from the staff in the office to the techs that handle the work. I know all their names. They are consistent. They show up when they say they will and complete every job to above my own expectations. Waterbury has been the first genuinely great home related company I've ever worked with. Two years ago they came out to quote a garage heater and out of 5 local businesses they had the best bid and gave me the best information about the project. I decided not to go forward with the project but remembered their quality service when I had furnace concerns this year. They sent a team out to look it over, they did a thorough inspection, did some cleaning, and didn't sell me in things I didn't need. I even got advice on how to do a repair job on my own. I got a quote for some updates to bring my setup back to code. They did the work and I got an air exchanged installed to boot. I'd highly recommend one! They gave me great advice for both now and in the future. A quality company that has my full trust. I've worked with enough home repair companies to know that trust is very very rare and is hard earned.

From day one of the first visit in 2021 until the most recent visit for a plumbing issue they have been a consistent and dependable resource for me to call on. When you call with your initial repair/complaint you get information repeated back to you to make sure it is correct. On the way to the job, the technician will call you and re-confirm the physical address of where the repair is needed, then confirm again the repair/complaint that needs to be addressed. After the repair you get an immediate phone call and the technician clearly explains what was needed to resolve the initial issue. This instills a lot of confidence and shows that good communication is a priority to everyone that works here. Overall I have always gotten the impression that employees that work here are supported and treated correctly. Talking to the owner about an issue was like talking to a problem solver who was interested in finding answers that worked for everyone as best as possible. It's a win win to ask people like this for help. Thanks for everything so far, I will be glad to call again.

Waterbury has installed a water Softener, and most recently replaced a water heater in our home. Billy was our installer for the water heater and he was great! Very professional and personable! I had a lot of questions and he was able to answer all of them. I would recommend Waterbury to everyone based on their work and price. Thanks Billy and Waterbury!

Highly recommend Waterbury! We recently had a service call on our boiler for the radiant heat system in our house. The were able to get out the next business day and resolve the issue. Very professional and courteous.

It was a simple solution to our problem that Rob quickly discovered. He checked over everything to make sure, which I appreciated. Rob was great, friendly yet efficient and did an excellent job of explaining both how our humidifier contributed to the air filter being clogged, and how the furnace reacted safely. He did a fine job and was an excellent representative for Waterbury.

I had used a different HVAC company on Monday. They absolutely did not repair my furnace but sure did walk away with a check and me believing it was fixed. It was not. I called Waterbury and Julie was kind and compassionate. She went to bat for me. The service manager, Bob made the extra effort to come & help me & diagnosed the issue correctly and Jim & Calvin came & replaced the switch. I felt like they genuinely cared and were very kind & professional. Waterbury has a customer for life and I will song their praises to anyone that will listen. Blessings!!!
