Brandon is an energetic, outgoing, friendly, patient, well versed in his field, and efficient! He started out with descaling my tankless water heater. His no pressure salesmanship, explaining pros and cons on installing halo ion 6, rendered him the business. He answered my questions and emailed me the benefits of Smith’s Plumbing membership. He respected my house with putting on shoes cover, and cleaned up work site well, I’m pleased with Brandon’s performance.

They came out very quickly and explained to me everything and all my options and got it all fixed. He was very precessional and did a great job, I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone! Thanks to everyone at Smiths plumbing company especially Mr. Steve!!

Smith's Plumbing Services provided top-notch service for our toilet repair. They came out the same day and repaired the toilet within minutes of diagnosis. They were first choice due to previous repair and installation on other toilets. We never hesitate to call them for any plumbing concerns.

Smith Plumbing is terrific. I was so pleased to get help from them to clean my drain. which was a big problem. they sent out Zack, and this guy was just the best. he was very smart about plumbing. he had to do several things to correct the problem, but he he never slowed down. he just kept working at it until he fixed the problem. Also, Smith Plumbing was so nice to get me a quick appointment and got it fixed the very next day. they did a terrific job and I am now a big fan of Smith Plumbing. they gave me great pricing too. they had a special going on and I was so pleased. They are very easy to work with and they gave me a free estimate and said if they couldn't fix it then it would not cost me anything.
