Antonio not only fixed the problem, but made sure the problem would not return. All of this was done on the same day and in a timely manner. Antonio took the time to go over options, so that I could make an informed decision and did a great job of taking care of our plumbing issues. Our 5 yr old Rinnai tankless water heater had developed water hammer noises. Steven from Best Care arrived on time as scheduled. He confirmed the water hammer issue and installed an expansion tank on the cold water side and water hammer arrestor on the hot water side. Steven has excellent customer service skills. He was professional and quickly installed a neatly engineered solution. He spent time answering my questions after the work was completed. The price for the work was fair. I can highly recommend Best Care for your home plumbing needs.

I can’t say enough good things about my technician Brandon Snipes from Best Care. He came to do spring cleaning on my units. We had requested some Other work to be done and he worked so hard to get my home ready for the spring season and the many months to come. My home and my family’s health will be in such better shape after all the work he did. If you any heating, air conditioning or plumbing work done please call Best Care. They will absolutely take care of any needs you may have. Brandon is wonderful if you get him as your technician but all of our technicians we have had were wonderful! I have been using Best care for 8 years now and trust me they are the best

I had been without central heat for over a week. The absolute coldest days ever!! This morning, I received a call that my new unit would be ready to install today. Mason and Emma arrived promptly and provided excellent customer service. They were quite thorough and showed me and explained to me details of the installation. I give this company a 5 Star rating for a job well done. They truly provided me "The Best Care!" Thanks for a job well done!!

I needed my three handle bathtub Faucet replaced and Steven gave me a price up front before doing any work. It was not cheap by any means but I did some research and found it to fit squarely in the fair price range considered the service. I’m very pleased with the job he did and the warranty included with the service. Would recommend Best Care and will do business with them again myself. Thanks Steven.

I am beyond impressed with the service we received from Emma, Montana, Mason and the whole Best Care team. We had a quote for a lesser amount but their service and attention to detail from the first conversation completely won us over. The install took a long time but the replacement duct work and lines seemed to be a mess - they fixed it all!! Our house instantly started feeling cooler and vents that barely had air coming out of them prior were actually pushing air!! Our attic is extremely hot and it was 102 degrees today - they worked all day and probably lost 10 pounds but they did an amazing job. I would HIGHLY recommend Best Care to anyone who asks. We have a happy pup too!
