Review for Mr. Greenway Plumbing, Heating & Air â Memphis I had a great experience with Mr. Greenway back in August 2024 when Josh helped me with a previous issue, so when my garbage disposal needed repair, I didnât hesitate to call them again. The entire job took about three hours, and once we agreed on a price, the team realized my unit didnât require the larger disposal. They went out to get the smaller unit to ensure I wasnât paying for more than I needed. What really impressed me was what happened nextâafter installation, they caught a pricing error and refunded me the difference for the smaller unit. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare in any business, and I truly appreciate it. A huge thanks to Kylan and Mike for their professionalism and outstanding service. As long as Mr. Greenway continues to operate with this level of transparency and customer care, theyâll have a loyal customer for lifeâstarting with me! Highly recommend!

Mr Justin, the technician assigned to my service call, provided me with excellent service to fix my central heating problem. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, kind, polite, and respectful. He answered my questions and provided me with excellent customer service and satisfaction. He deserves more than 5 stars and all rewards and perks the company offers. He even recommended the Greenway VIP Membership program and explained the benefits and perks of the program, which I most certainly will join for it is quite beneficial and affordable for my home needs. This was an exemplary experience and I highly recommend using Greenway Home Services.

We were very pleased with the service we received. The receptionist who made our appointment was really nice. Chris Stiles, the technician, was top-notch. He arrived early, he is very smart, he took the time to explain things where we could understand, he was patient in answering all our questions, he is respectful, and great guy. We needed three things fixed and it didn't take as long as we expected and we felt the price was fair. We will call Mister Greenway again and we will request Chris.

I used Greenway for the first time today and I am totally impressed! Repair guy was at my home in 30 minutes from my initial call to the office. He was very friendly and helpful! The young lady who took my call was friendly as well! Customer service like this is rare and I am so glad that there are still companies that care about the customer!

Arrived in 30 minutes as promised. Problem diagnosed and fixed in less than 2 hours. My technician Pablo did and excellent job. He also put all of my garden tools back after having to remove them to get to my furnace. Highly recommended.

I would not recommend this company. I had a leak from the faucet in my tub. I went on YouTube to see if it was something I could do, but I decided against it for several reasons. However, it didnât seem complex. I scheduled a service call and they came out as scheduled. The tech looked at the faucet and told me I needed a complete rebuild for around $600!!!! This was absolutely ridiculous!!!! I paid the service fee and called to speak to a manager and they were equally ridiculous!!!! I ended up having a friend refer me to someone who came out, replaced the cartridge, was here less than 30 minutes for a fraction of the price. WOMEN BEWARE !!!!!

I loved to give a favorable review if I could actually get service scheduled on time. I tried to get a call-out once a few months ago and my 30 minute window was scheduled for 2 days. I looked elsewhere. I decided to try once more and was told they would call me back within 10 minutes. One hour later still no call.

Thank you Mister Greenway for your prompt, professional attention and service for my family. Our tankless hot water heater went out on Friday 1/10/25, the day of the major snowstorm in the Memphis area. We noticed it early that morning and we were devastated thinking, no hot water during the snowstorm and how would any company be able to maneuver the roads to get to usâŠwe could be down for days. I called several well-known plumbing companies in the Memphis area and was told it would be Monday or Tuesday before an emergency call would be answered. Then I called Mr. Greenway and I was told that someone could be out to our house on Saturday morning, the next day. Even with the roads in the condition they were in, they committed to contacting me Saturday morning for a visit. I was a little skeptical, but agreed. I got the call early, Chris and Aaron came out right away. They were very friendly, professional and explained in a way that I could understand what had happened to the unit and what needed to be done. They provided a few options for me to consider and once I made the decision, they got right to work. By the way, they wore shoe covers in our house and I thought that was very considerate. I could go on, but I will definitely call them first, if I ever need their services again. Thank you again Mister Greenway! Greg
