SECOND TIME we have used these guys. First was at my moms, see earlier review. But this time we had a leak in our relatively new home that no one could find. Jonathan and crew came out, stayed until they found the leak (from a siding nail that went through main tank line). Very minimal damage from plumber, finding and patching up the leak. And they cleaned up any mess, took flooring with them! Awesome experience, again!!! Builder will have quite a job with cabinets and flooring, but could have been much worse. Best plumbing to the rescue again! First Review in 2024: Great job! My mom had a main line bust/crack (no sewer) and Best Plumbing came out right away, cleared the pipe from debris, then scheduled a time to come out and repair the main pipe. Returned the dirt that was required to be dug up for repair, and even placed grass seed there. Thanks Norman and crew!

I recently had to have a new HVAC unit installed. When the company was doing the duct sealing in my crawl space, a water leak was found which prevented them from completing the job until the leak was repaired. They took a video of the leak and surrounding area. Best Plumbing previously replaced a drain trap with a P trap in my bathroom. The area with the leak was the exact area that Best had worked on. Both the HVAC company and a plumber said the work done by Best was "incomplete" and that Best had stopped short of connecting the pipes as they should have been connected. The main part of the galvanized pipe, the "nipple", had not been removed and replaced, creating a leak due to a considerable "gap" in the connection of the pipes. This area had been leaking for an extended period. To find out Best Plumbing did a shoddy job after what I paid them infuriated me. Apparently, they didn't want to do the complete job, but just enough to get by. This used to be a reputable company. Not anymore. Read the other negative reviews and avoid them at all costs.

Best Plumbing went the extra mile in their work for me on a hard to repair main water line. They brought in very knowledgeable and experienced workers like Eric to use special fittings and tools to stop the leak that would have otherwise been costly. Very honest.

By far, the best plumbing company that I have ever dealt with in my 62 years. I've used them several times for my old house and I will not be calling anyone else. Thank you.

These guys are top notch and great to deal with. My son had an issue with his plumbing backing up due to a broken pipe underground. They were out the next day to review the project, was able to quote the job, and got started the very next day. They were on time and communicated constantly as to their progress. Would highly recommend you use these guys as they were affordable and excellent to deal with.

EDIT: *Moved from 2 stars to 3. After complaining for what seemed like weeks that it doesn't seem fair for a customer to have work done and be given zero indication on what the work would cost, the office adjusted my bill to be an amount that the on-site plumber told me I could expect to pay* Firstly, the plumbers are cool, nice, and appear to be knowledgeable. The office staff seem cool and nice and respond quickly. The fact that the customer is left in complete darkness about pricing until the bill comes is why I feel bamboozled. I blame upper management for this. I'll keep it simple. Had 2 leaking faucets and one drain that drained slowly. Did all the typical "husband" fixes that would work for a while but didn't stick. Reluctantly called in a pro for these 3 simple issues. They replaced things I had never seen in my life, installed new pipes for my outside faucet, concrete was involved for some reason, spent over 4 hours at my house, and the drain is still slow and the kitchen faucet leaks in the exact same manner as it did before they came. For this I got a $671 bill. Had the management equipped the plumbers with some basic pricing information, and trained the plumbers to explain the process and pricing with the customer before starting the work, giving the customer the power to say "I can't afford that, so just do this but not that" I wouldn't feel taken advantage of. I intend to pay my bill and consider it my "Stupid tax" to learn basic plumbing on my own or just live with the issues in the future.

Hired this company to fix a water pressure issue. All the research we had done said we needed to upgrade our existing plumbing from 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch. Norman the “master” plumber came out without any tools. Had to borrow my channel locks. Told us that changing the existing pipes would do nothing to help, that we needed to replace the main line from the street, and that it would cost $2,000. We asked them to come back out to ensure that that is what needed to be done and not what we originally contacted them to do. They said yes, definitely. We took them at their word. Not only did this do absolutely nothing to fix our problem, they damaged our 100 year old concrete French drain rather than going under it, left all of the debris in our flowerbed, and created a massive hole in our foundation allowing water to pool in our basement every time it rains. After telling them their recommendation didn’t work they said “we need to change the existing pipes from 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch.” The exact thing we originally contacted them to do. Now we have wasted $2,000 for them to NOT fix our problem, tear up our lawn, destroy a 100 year old structure, create a hole in our foundation, and now we need to pay another $2,000 to repair the damage they did to our home. And to top it all off, we had another company come out and replace all of the existing pipes from 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch. And guess what? Our problem is fixed. Don’t hire “Best” Plumbing.
