Buddy the Plumber

Our experience was excellent. Tyler came out 2 hours earlier than I expected. I added extra requests and he found other issues after pulling our toilet and ended up having to make 2 trips for supplies. He was super nice and pleasant thru the entire repair and came and got me to show me any issues he found and also went over everything when he was finished. Pricing was more than fair!

My husband and I used Buddy the Plumber at the recommendation of someone in my family and we are so happy we did! Tyler was super knowledgeable and ended up addressing several other small issues we had throughout the house in addition to our washer. What we appreciated the most was his willingness to educate us on how to fix our issues in the most cost effective way. We could tell he wasn’t just trying to nickel and dime us to death and wasn’t gatekeeping solutions to keep us reliant on a plumber. He genuinely just wanted to help. Will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family!!

Great experience using Buddy the plumber. They kept us updated about when they would be there and showed up on time. Tyler was very informative about how everything works and the current condition we were in. He worked quickly to resolve our issues and our new water heater was installed with no hiccups.
