On a Sunday at the worst possible time, Anthony was able to get an amazing staff member, Eddie, out to service a plumbing emergency where waste was pouring into my tub and backed up in my toilets. No one else would answer my calls on a Sunday but these guys were here within 1 hour and fixed all my problems! Customer service amazing, completely empathic to what was happening, and professional in knowledge and educating on how to take care of my lines and septic to prevent future problems! I will never call another company again! Thanks guys!

This company was out to my home for a repair. First impressions are everything - I’ll leave it at that. Anywho, moving along… they left my door wide open (where you could see inside my home) my personal expensive items just available in plain sight… anyone could walk in or someone could easily scope out my place and came back at a later time. They also used my bathroom without my permission (I’m certain because the toilet seat was left up)… I really don’t have much to say besides the lack of common courtesy.

As a very recent customer of your plumbing services, I want to take a minute to compel you to recognize Eddie and Jeff as more than just a part of your crew, but an integral part of your brand, image and future as a company. These two gentlemen did more than just exceed my expectations in resolving my plumbing issue today. They arrived on site to an emergency situation where we were experiencing sewage/drain backup in our downstairs bathroom. We had been assigned another company over the weekend through our home warranty company that had temporarily resolved the issue. Unfortunately, the issue arose once again. After seeing Eddie and Jeff's approach to this issue, I understand why it happened again with the other company. But thank goodness that Eddie and Jeff are around! Let me tell you about these two awesome guys: Eddie and Jeff arrived at my home earlier than expected- AWESOME. They were extremely friendly and very happy to allow me to be involved in the process and educate me through every single step- AWESOME. When they arrived, they checked over the whole situation and decided the best approach to take. After relieving some of the backup issues in the basement, they decided that the water flow didn't meet their expectations, so they took the initiative to check every other possible drain to MAKE SURE that the blockage had been completely resolved- WHO DOES THAT?!?! THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME. Because of their proactive customer service and professionalism, they were able to locate the bigger part of the issue where the main soft tissue blockage was taking place. Unfortunately, they were unable to access the blockage through one area, so, being the customer focused guys they are, they CHECKED EVERY SINGLE DRAIN IN MY BASEMENT to make sure the blockage was taken care of (which was the issue from the very beginning with the first company). To no surprise, Eddie and Jeff had the blockage solved and the water was running great out of the main line. In the midst of all this, they had tried multiple different machines and methods to make sure the issue was fixed. The were extremely positive, very friendly and maintained a focused drive until our problem was resolved (all while standing around in someone else's poop water. respect.). They even made sure all the leftover tissue backup in my toilet and shower was cleaned up (they didn't have to do that, but they insisted because that's what "Chase Services does") and that all the toilets and sinks in the rest of the house were flowing properly out the main line in the basement. These two guys have made me a Chase Service customer for life. Can you make sure and take the time to recognize Eddie and Jeff? They deserve it.
