Chattanooga and Battlefield Plumbing

We have used Chattanooga and Battlefield plumbing twice and both times have been exceptional! We replaced all our plumbing the first time we used them and they were prompt, thorough, and left our house spotless when they were done! We recently had a disposal backup issue that needed some attention. Billy and Martin were amazing! They were kind and very informative with what they were doing and why. Our dogs loved them too! We will use this company for all needs in the future!

The owner, Chris, personally came out to handle an issue, and I can honestly say he is one of the most respectful, calm, and hardworking people I've had the pleasure of meeting. He made sure the job was done perfectly and provided exceptional customer service throughout the process. Never would send anyone out or honor a single scheduled time, every time they scheduled with us it had to be cancelled the day of. We were going weeks without showers at this point and called a different plumber who was able to show up the next day no problem. They'll act like you're the problem and you're the one without schedule availability even though they will cancel your scheduled appointment several times before they have time to get around to you. You're better off not relying on BBB scores and just calling someone like Metro, if you're having any sort of urgent problems. I think they want you to pay the emergency or overtime money to get a simple appointment, so they'll give you the runaround until you do.
