I’m a Small business owner with a tractor trailer and I can tell you right now that the people who are in “charge” treat Others with contempt I guess it all depends on who you are to them, but I know it’s not just the Chattanooga branch the Knoxville Branch is as Inconsiderate As any place I’ve ever been to make a delivery with their product, So they can actually have something to sell because if the truck didn’t bring it, then they wouldn’t have it and that’s the bottom line. I’ll never deliver to this place again ever the worst

Great service has always been a feature with Chattanooga Heating and Air, Inc. Chattanooga Heating & Air recently installed a brand-nee American Standard Split-Level Gas & Airconditioning system in my house.

The staff of Chattanooga Heating & Air Conditioning did a fantastic job on our upgrade of our old HVAC systems. We had two systems that were very old and inefficient. New units were install and a few upgrades to our home to facilitate better air return were made. GREAT customer service by Great honest people. You will be glad you called them.

Called company to give me a quote on air condition unit for my Mom's house. They went out to look at the house to see what was best. They gave me their opinion and due to the fact that I don't live in Chattanooga. I trusted their advise and let them do the work. These guys are great people. They were very understanding with me while I was trying to get this done and very nice to my mom. I just want to say thanks a lot!! I will Highly recommend this company.

My home warranty company hired them to do a repair on my air conditioning unit. Mind you it has been a heat index of 105+ Degrees. The appointment was for a Friday afternoon, almost a week from the time they were contacted. They didn’t come until the following Monday, with no excuse why they put it off all weekend. Then after assessing the issue and getting approval for the repair within minutes, they disappeared. When I finally got someone on the phone about when they were planning to come back and fix my unit, they said they quit doing business with my warranty company. They left my work order open and left my family in the heat with no notification they had no plans to finish the job they were hired to do. Not even a courtesy call to say they would not be back! Absolutely no compassion for the predicament they left me in! I wouldn’t recommend this company for any kind of job, they are not trustworthy nor honest. If I could give them no stars, I would.

We have used this business since 2002, even after moving to Georgia they are still our go-to shop for any heating and air issues. Throughout those 16 years we have not encountered any negative concerns, this family business come to our rescue for A/C unit replacement and a myriad of other problems too numerous to list. My review is a testament to the excellent service, staff and management, I unequivocally recommend Chattanooga Heating and Air conditioning Inc. to anyone seeking professional support for their home or office.

Called company to fix heating. First cost-over 850.00 Two weeks later, the temperature dropped, and the furnace was still not working. Called again to fix heating. Second cost-250.00 + Informed after the work, that the heater was broken. Heater was 8 years old and a Carrier. No estimates were ever given, just a bill. Never never again. I will be very vocal about this matter.

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and until this morning it was 86 degrees in my house. The owner came out personally to take care of us, he had it fixed in less than 2 hours and the price was very fair. Highly recommend this company!
