Chattanooga Water Heater Co gave me an estimate that was identical to another well rated service provider. However, Travis with CWHCo both educated me about my water heater, explained the cost of fixing vs replacing, and how it compares to the water heater they will use to replace it. My unit was from 2009 and I had been nursing it back to life for a couple of weeks taking the occasional cold shower. Travis had everything needed to perform the swap on hand. It was just under 2 hours total from the time they (Travis, His Father, and childhood Best Friend) arrived to inspect my water heater, educate me on my options, provide a quote, complete the install, educate me on the new unit and take payment. Locally owned and family run. I will use them again and again.

Outstanding work by Chattanooga Water Heater Co. I called at 8:30 am and they had two new water heaters fully installed by 12:30. Professional, courteous and willing to provide education and options - couldn’t recommend more!
