I have used Eldridge Service Company for quite some time now. I have been very pleased and have had no complaints at all. Raymond Thomas has serviced our unit many times, and has always been very reliable and most professional when coming to my house. He is dependable and always on time. He is courteous and very knowledgeable. He is even friendly with my pets! I would highly recommend Raymond!

Garrison came out again to service our system and I'm telling you - he is THE BEST!!! He's incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to point out some important things that needed to be addressed. And we're ALWAYS so pleased with how kind he is. So respectful and friendly. Oh - and always dependable! Eldridge has the best people. We'll never use anyone else. I highly recommend!

Raymond was very thorough, and professional. He made some recommendations to enhance my inside air quality and also good surge protection for my unit. I had a great experience with Eldridge today and really appreciate Raymond for the work he did. He came in the pouring rain today and fixed some wiring outside. He had to leave to get a compatible umbrella and came back quickly. He also was up in my attic and checked my thermostat. I'm really grateful he got my heat back working in a timely manner and will recommend this company to anyone needing service. Thanks again!

I purchased the maintenance plan from Eldridge so I see someone from the team every 6 months. Everyone has always been so nice and helpful. I have full confidence in their work and professionalism, and definitely recommend them to others! Tyler was my technician today and offered helpful tips and knowledge about how to extend the life of my current system.

Blake arrived at the time he said he would. He was polite and professional. Explained what he would be doing and ask me if I had any questions. After he finished he was letting me know about an air purifier that can be installed in my unit. I had mentioned that I had gotten 2 small portable ones to help with cat hair from my cats so I appreciate him letting me know about the product and cost. It's something I may think about getting in about 6 months. Blake done a great job and I appreciate Eldridge Heating and Air for installing my new Carrier central heat and air unit in May 2022 and the checking and cleaning of my unit every 6 months.
