Have used Keefe Plumbing for business and residential needs for more than 30 years. The company has very high standards. Had a service call today, great explanations about the repair, and he quickly saw that I needed a little help on other things and he pitched in. Grateful and will always use Keefe.

Replaced the plumbing in my 1950s ranch home, as well as all the fixtures in my hall bath. Courteous and professional, came when they said they would. Prices were competitive, original quote was what was charged. Thank you Matthew and crew for a great experience!

Called Sunday morning for an emergency and followed their instructions to leave a message. Nearly three days later, no response. Thankfully, Hiller stepped in to help, but it speaks volumes when a company advertising emergency services can’t even be bothered to follow up or acknowledge the call. Inexcusable. I will note I called at 7:31 am on Sunday morning and left a detailed voicemail. If there is an issue with the answering service ... I get that things can happen.

I called Keefe plumbing due to an issue I was having with my Navien on demand hot water heater. When using hot water I would get an ear piercing whistle. I tried other service providers and was told “you’ll just have to deal with it”. With in a few minutes of looking into the unit, Mathew from Keefes figured out the noise was due to the incorrect gas fitting adapter. When the unit was installed as a part of the new construction, the high altitude natural gas fitting was installed. I am on PROPANE. It took less than 5 mins for Mathew and Jason to change the fittings. Thank you so much Mathew and Jason!!!

Since the town repaired a water main leak a couple of months ago, we had been experiencing a ghost-like sound whenever we flushed a toilet or ran the dishwasher. It was disconcerting. I finally called Keefe Plumbing, who sent out a plumber the next business day. He immediately diagnosed the problem, replaced the pressure reducing valve, and the ghost is gone! Many thanks to Keefe Plumbing and Glenn for exorcising our ghost.

I called them, they came out, they did a fantastic job at great rate. The guys were very and professional. I would highly recommend them, and I will be using them again.

Took about two weeks to get someone out for estimate. They didn't get an estimate for two more weeks. When I called asking about estimate status, they said it'll be another week or two.
