Glenn, came out to our home after having us wait all day for repairs.(he came out at 8:57pm) shine his flashlight down our drain pipes and said water is moving, I don't know why I'm here. He then left but told our warranty company that he unclogged our pipes (by snaking the drain) (he didn't). Worse customer service ever, very rude and unprofessional. He was cursing when pulled up. If I could give negative stars I would. Please do Not use them.

I am not sure what to tell you folks. I am in utter awe at the sheer dedication and integrity of this company and its owner (Glenn) and employees (Nate). So ill start at the beginning. We bought our house 3 years ago and for a year now we have had our sewer back up into our home and laundry room. We have a home warranty policy that would contract with this Master Plumbing to come snake our main line. We did this several times successfully with Master Plumbing over the course of the year. However, the backups would increase in frequency each time. The warranty policy doesn’t cover anything outside the home, but I decided to ask Master Plumbing to take a look. Upon further inspection they discovered whoever installed the main line to our septic tank did so at the worst possible angles. For a very reasonable price Glenn said he would take care of the angle problem. In that process they discovered that they could not get the PVC pipe back into the tank. My heart sank as I new what happens next. We must dig up the septic tank a bit, open it up and see what was going on. To my horror the entire tank was compromised by tree roots that had moved the lid of the tank allowing dirt in and the roots had been disintegrating the walls for probably years. The bevel was completed destroyed and the roots had started climbing up the main line. A new tank was needed. Glenn said he could get it operational but that it would be a band aid. I appreciated that option, but I said let’s go ahead with a new tank and within 3 days it was done and with extreme professionalism. He ran a new main line to the tank, installed the tank and connected it to the field lines I had had replaced the year we moved in. So this all seems like pretty standard stuff, right? Wrong. Glenn and Nate did this for my young family and I so that we would have a functioning water and sewer system in our home. And they did this at the worst and most miserable time of the year. The days they worked outside in the dirt and waste had a high of 36 degrees F on average (honestly it was lower the first day). The day before they begun work, we had 2-3 inches of snow that turned into thick ice overnight. Everything was closed that week. Our garbage pickup didn’t even happen. The US post office has nothing on Master Plumbing of TN as they barely ran their services in our neighborhood that week. Oh, did I mention our deck was built over the tank, so they had to carefully work around that! But Glenn and his team were out there working in literal sh*t trying their hardest to help us, while freezing. Septic tanks are no cheap thing. But I’ll tell you this. Glenn will work with you the best he can. Bottom line though, this is a company of transparently showing us every step of the way what the problems were and giving us options. This is a company of dedication, obviously. And lastly this is a company of grace and kindness. I got a separate quote with another crew, and it was completely robotic, and prices were nearly double with no empathy. Not with Glenn. He showed love for his fellow man in what he and his team did and were willing to do. I will work with no other plumber as long as I live in this area and as long as the company exists. They say its all about who you know to get things done in an effective, efficient, and equitable manner. Finding that can take time and you may never find it, getting screwed 9 times out of 10 along the way. But sometimes all you need to do is come across good people. Glenn and Nate and everyone at Master Plumbing of TN are good people. Side note: Jennifer, who helps deal with bookings, was amazing. I know she played a huge part in this process to help us in our septic tank and plumbing nightmare!

Glenn and his team went above and beyond. They had to replace my septic system and made my yard/lawn better than it was before they arrived. The whole lawn is level, and any/all rocks they dug up while fixing my system were removed so they wouldn't hinder my mowing/etc. I will be calling his team in the future for any/all of my plumbing needs.

First time customer and I am very pleased with the all around service provided. Even though the original quote did end up increasing due to unavoidable necessary repairs, Nathan did his best to repair what was existing. He did a great job to finish timely and patiently walked me through all repairs and ensured that I was 100% satisfied before leaving. I appreciated that he took the time to listen and explain all options for the additional repairs and I did not feel pressured when making final decisions. We now have all issues fixed and I feel confident that his quality workmanship will last years. I would definitely recommend Master Plumbing of Tennessee because of their responsiveness, reliability, professionalism, pricing, quality of work, friendliness and great customer service. The WORST company i was force to use, going through 3rd party companies or not. If you are in need this is NOT the company you want to use. NO CALL NO SHOW is not the right business move. When the company schedules the service. Mrs Jennifer called and apologize and stated that I was wrong for expressing my feelings and frustration about how I did not receive a phone call about the No call no show on my scheduled service block. She is incorrect and this was NOT an emergency call. This was simple a schedule time that she, Mrs Jennifer in fact set up. Although I do understand situations happen and come up as I explain to Jennifer, i do not appreciate her yelling and telling me that she has kids and I should have accepted not getting any response from the company until they reached out at 11:00am the NEXT day with a solution. Yes she stated she has another technician but that was not until I express how bad the company has treated me. I am sorry Jennifer my situation is not important to you and you think you can treat customers poorly and we should wait on you and your situations are more important. I pray that you do not treat anyone else poorly after accepting their hard earn money.

Discovered I had a leaky toilet so I decided to call around different plumbers to for price quotes. I wanted to remove the old toilet and install a new one in its place. After calling around and getting different pricing’s I decided to go with Master Plumbing and I’m so glad I did. I spoke with Jennifer who setup the appointment and got me the quote. She was super friendly and kind throughout the entire conversation. Glenn who came out to install the new toilet was great as well. He was very friendly and was willing to go out of his way to make sure the job was done correctly. From my experience this is why I love dealing with family own businesses. My husband and I used Master Plumbing of Tennessee for our broken water heater after an awful, awful experience with another water heater company last December. The other company left us with no options due to the placement of our water heater (next to washer/dryer in a small closet) and essentially told us that there was no way to fix it. We felt completely hopeless after our experience with them and tried calling around to see if any company would be able to help us. Master plumbing of Tennessee was very, very responsive and helpful! The receptionist on the phone assured me that they would do their best and would not leave me without any help as the other company did. Glenn came to our house immediately and worked tirelessly to help us fix our water heater! We explained the situation and he was able to help us move the washer/dryer, fix the water heater, and replace the washer/dryer. Glenn stayed with us for hours to resolve our issue. We felt as though he knew how desperate we were and worked to help ease our anxiety and fears. We are eternally grateful to have come across a company that is fair, hardworking, and CARES about the customer enough to go the extra mile. We recommend this company a MILLION times over! The service goes ABOVE AND BEYOND and we can't rave about them enough.
