Patriot Services will be my go to from now on in terms of HVAC and plumbing needs. They took very good care of my wife and I. Jonah went above and beyond to help us get what we needed without trying to force any unnecessary thing on us to make more money for the company. Absolutely wonderful service and I look forward to using you guys again!

Michael could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable assessing the condition of our current system and associated ducts. He provided several options to replace our system with technical exploration for each option. I highly recommend and trust him and his recommendations. We could not have had a better experience.

Ryan was awesome! We called for our AC issue at 7pm and Ryan called us before 8:30. He was 10 minutes away from our house. Even though it was late, he took his time trying to locate the problem. Although he wasn’t able to make a repair, he talked us through the options and set us up for the next steps. We feel confident in his plan of action and grateful for his 5-star service.

After having a new washing machine installed, we discovered that we had a leak in a storage area behind the wall where the washer was. We called Patriot Services. They sent Jesse Avila out that day. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and came back the next day and got the repair done. No more leak! Yay. Jesse was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The price for the work he had to do, although expensive, was very reasonable. We will definitely recommend and call Patriot Services again. Hopefully we won’t need them soon, but with This Old House who knows when!?

I needed some urgent maintenance on one of my units ahead of a winter storm and some very cold temperatures, and Patriot services was fast and efficient. Aron F. and Ryan were my technicians and did a great job explaining everything to me and laying out my options for financing the repairs. They also got the repairs done in a very timely manner and did a great job. I have a better understanding of how my unit generally works thanks to them, and I am able to have some peace of mind with their maintenance plan.
