Jeremy P. did an excellent job. He was professional and courteous. I completed all the jobs I needed done. Installing a kitchen faucet fixing both leaky drains, tightening the shut-off valve to the toilet and hooking up the water line for the refrigerator. The price was a little higher than I expected but the job was well done.

It took them longer to get the work done than I expected. However-It was a challenging plumbing job. And-there were issues with locking up my house for the day-which they did resolve.. In the end-they did a great job! They were very courteous and professional ! I feel like they went the extra mile to make sure that the work was done properly and professionally.!

Blake was very knowledgeable and professional. He was a breath of fresh air during our trying situation with our septic tank. We were provided with an appointment to get our septic tank serviced rather quickly, so that we could use our bathrooms again instead of staying in a hotel another night. He’s very pleasant and I would definitely request his services again. All of the gentleman that came out to provide service did an exceptional job! I am very pleased. Rooter-Man Plumbing and Septic will be my go to plumbing services from here on out.

Their technician Blake is genuine, kind, professional, and responsive to all my questions and concerns. Mike O who kicks ass at his job is also very friendly, courteous, and all around hard worker. Will definitely use them again for all our septic and plumbing needs.

Great service, very informative, and knowledgeable. Availability was congested but understandable given it was the weekend, emergency service was offered tho. After the pumping was complete, they sent out a technician who advised service to the field lines given my circumstance of overfilling the septic within a years time. I felt comfortable with the evaluation and look forward to working with them on fixing my issues in the future.
