Tony Caballero from Roto Rooter came out on a Saturday morning and took care of a blockage in our pipes and replaced the wax seal on our toilet. He was informative, friendly and he was able to figure out what was going on very quickly. {This was after we had another company come out several days before, look at the spot in our basement that had previously leaked and tell us there was nothing they could do since it wasn’t leaking right then. (Their 5 minute visit =$90).} We highly recommend Tony with Roto Rooter!

Lamar was my technician and he was very friendly and professional. He was upfront about price (which was very reasonable for an emergency plumbing service) and he did the job quickly. This was my first time using Roto Rooter & i will definitely call them again if I have another plumbing issue.

If you have an urgent plumbing need I can’t recommend Tony highly enough. He is competent, capable, kind, and treated us fairly. Despite coming out around 7-7:30 pm on Friday the charge was not excessive unlike others we have used in the past. He is pleasant and was honest with us throughout the process to the point I would trust him to service my grandfathers with Alzheimer’s house.

Wonderful service! They came out after hours on a night when the low was 15° to fix a clogged pipe. Moe worked fast to get it fixed and taken care of. And they are super affordable too!! We will definitely be using them again!

After a weekend of record lows, our pipes froze. When they finally thawed out 5 days later, we discovered a freeze break under our kitchen sink. I called Roto Rooter and was amazed I got through as I imagined they would be booked solid with many more calls like my own. But I was grateful and surprised they could send someone to our rescue that same day. Lamar called me barely an hour later to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and quickly assessed our problem. He was patient, respectful, and courteous and soon had the problem resolved without leaving a mess behind. The price was fair and the issue was handled efficiently and promptly. Thank you Lamar! You have earned a new customer!

Had an appointment with Tony today. He came ina professional manner as well as being very respectful and got straight to the point. Very quick job and we were very satisfied with the results. Would request him again directly if possible.

Moe did a good job clearing a drain. I made arrangements to have my septic tank pumped the next day and was told I would receive 30 minutes notice. At 5:00 pm "the next day," I called and was told that they would not be coming out that day but would give me 30 minutes notice when they were coming out. No idea when. I told them they should have had the decency to let me know they were not going to make it to my house on the day they scheduled. I think this behavior is unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude. I canceled and will find another service provider.
