Was hard finding anyone in the Soddy Daisy area to put in new window screens for screens that had to be at least 10-20+ years old. Steve did an amazing job installing them and then coming back out to address a minor concern I had with a small gap and then fixing / explaining it to me. I would definitely recommend them as they are pretty honest and up front about costs and what can and cannot be done. Before the repair I had to deal with 70+ stink bugs invading my bedroom window, now I have a feeling that number is going to be 0.

I contacted Turn2Us Handyman for several things around the house I was unable to handle myself. I was impressed with the efficiency of the front office and scheduling, the professionalism and clarity of the estimator, and the good work and clear communication from the handyman. There were a couple of complications in the job, and I thought they were handled with an appropriate level of clarity and transparency. I will use Turn2Us again for any similar projects in my home.

I absolutely LOVE TURN2US!! Steve is awesome ! I have a hair salon in the South side and need a wall put up and two interior doors installed and Steve did a fantastic job ! Of course when you have a good haven’t person in your presence there are always other jobs to find .. so Steve put up a curtain rail , shelves and I just asked him to put up a sign . It’s never a problem ! Keep them on speed dial 👍🏻

They really do warranty their work! They remodeled my bathroom a few years ago and recently developed a small leak in the ceiling from a fitting. They came out and fixed it at no charge.

They added railings to an existing deck and did a very good job. They made sure that I was happy with the service that I received and happily fixed a couple of items that I pointed out after the job was completed. I will use them again and would wholeheartedly recommend them for any home improvement projects.

I needed my mailbox replaced and hired Turn2Us for the job. They were prompt to respond to my request and took care of the job ahead of the expected completion date. They came when they said they were coming, completed the job when promised and the charge was very fair. Their workmanship was spot-on! These guys do a tremendous job. I have had four projects completed over the last year. Each of the jobs required a thoutful approach on how to best repair the problems. One project required three people for seven days, while another was 4 hours and 2 people. The level of skill and precision their craftsman use is the best I have seen in the home repair business over my forty years of owning multiple homes. Their bid process is straight forward and timely. They stick to time commitments, are great about managing changes that are found subsequent to the start of a project, communicate extremely well, and genuinely care about their customers and the quality of the job they do. Everything is taken care of as they work through the job. The added bonus is that they are fun to engage with, and make projects an enjoyable experience. I will never use another handyman/repair service again. They are the best in the business, bar none.
