This is our second time to use Reynolds’s Independent Plumbing and Richard exceeded our expectations again. He is always on time, communicates well and has impeccable attention to detail. On this project he installed a gas line and hooked up our new gas stove, installed a tankless gas water heater, installed a whole house water filtration system and added two additional exterior water faucets. The work was done within budget and on time and the quality of his installation was top notch. His passion for his trade really shows in his work. If you are looking for a plumbing contractor who you can count on and who will take the time to talk you through what you need and help you understand the pros and cons of your options, look no further.

Richard was very professional. He came to change a pressure gauge and install a new house water filter. He came the time he said he would. He was knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done right. My husband and I highly recommend him!

Can't say enough about Richard. Communicative, friendly, honest. A true professional and talent. We converted our range oven from electrical to LP. He installed new oven range. We also had him install a ventilation duct to the exterior of our kitchen from our new hood. Highly recommend Reynolds Independent plumbing.

Where to begin... we have had a myriad of plumbers through our doors over the years because we have the dreaded 'grey pipe' - so after YEARS of trying to find someone who was not only dependable and reliable I found Reynolds through a few google searches of my immediate area. I have to say Richard is the epitome of professionalism. We have taken advantage of his services twice over the past month. On his first visit, the plan was to have him install a new gas line from our exiting gas service to our new over/range and replace a shower head in our main bathroom - however, between the time of making the appointment and the appointment date, we discovered a leak - SOMEPLACE!! Richard arrived and help determine where the leak was occurring, and fixed it up without any problem. At the end of the appointment we schedule another for the gas line as well as commode rebuild. Richard arrived to BOTH appointments early, was courteous, and informed of us everything he was doing, and WHY! He even went so far as to help us understand some of the other plumbing issues we might face and how to ward them off from the beginning. Everything was reasonably priced, and there were no surprises. I cannot recommend Richard highly enough. We will be using Reynolds for all of our plumbing needs! There is something to be said for working with an individual who takes pride in his work.

We called with an unidentified plumbing issue that likely required digging and extensive work. Richard was so forthcoming about how he could help. He provided us vital information and talked with us for several minutes. His company does not perform major digging of lines, so we had to make other calls. But, in the future, he is the first call we’ll make. He was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and just top notch in his craft! Thank you, Richard! You’re the best!!

I highly recommend Reynolds Indpendent Plumbing for both water plumbing and gas piping. Richard installed a gas line for my fireplace and repaired a toilet with multiple issues. He showed up on time each time, he was very efficient and didn't waste time while he was here, yet he patiently answered my various questions. Richard provided a clear assessment of what the situations were, exactly what he anticipated doing to complete the jobs, and the estimated price of each. When he left, there was no evidence he was even here other than the completed work. A very pleasant and considerate man, Richard will be the only person I call when my next need arises!
