Thank you Alford plumbing for your prompt response to our gas water heater going out. I called in the morning, was told that they would be out quickly, and Mr. Danny showed up to check out the problem. After a couple phone calls to check on materials, he told me a reasonable price and had us back in hot water by 3 in the afternoon. The 2 guys that did the install were extremely knowledgeable and also went above and beyond to keep our floors clean and dry. I would highly recommend this company.

Very happy with their service. Luke, BJ, and Ryley were consummate professionals as they installed gas lines to my Home Generator, as well as an additional gas line for other uses. They pulled the appropriate permits, as well as doing all the scheduling to have Clarksville Water and Gas as well as Buildings and Codes to come here to do their part. Luke, BJ and Ryley are the only plumbers I will have come to my home to do plumbing work.

The service is great! Employees are courteous and professional and they know their stuff. I find they know what to do to fix the problem, and they do it in a timely manner. Whatever needs to be done, they have it on their truck, there is no going back and forth to the supply house, they have it with them. This company was a pleasure to work with. Very open communication, easy scheduling and did amazing work especially with the problems I had. My plumbers name was Luke and he was understanding and intelligent. Made what he was gonna do crystal clear to me before anything was done.
