My experience with David proved to be excellent. The only problem was cost. I had exposed the valve over the tub to where he can began work. It had a leak in the valve. Just to replace the valve and put pex in the place of copper tubing was going to cost me $800.00. Then I have to buy the materials to sheet rock, and the 4x4 inch tile which I had to do after he was finished. This was going to cost me around $1,100.00. At this point I intended to do the job myself and save me $800.00. Oh! I also paid $69.00 for the house call. I appreciate David he was very nice and informative. He is a credit to your company.

The rep that took the service call was great. Good attitude and professional. Called and verified appointment and was able to come earlier than expected. However, I spent over $900 for less than an hour of work for him to literally stick a hose in the pipe that was extremely easily accessible from a garage and run a pressure washer. I get that plumbing and other trades are becoming a rare thing and I admit I know nothing about plumbing but for that amount of work in that short of time with little overhead on equipment use and even travel etc. (You wouldn't be able to break down a reasonable invoice with fuel, equipment use and labor) that price was excessive in my opinion. I'm sure the parent company takes ~30% dealings which adds to it. They also try to push a service plan which I declined. I did pay it and I wasn't forced too as I didn't have to accept the service, so I can only complain to a point. At least I'll never have to pay again if I have the same issue because I'm confident I'll be able to resolve at a fraction of the price on my own. Sometimes you got to pay to gain knowledge. 5/5 = For the tech/plumber 5/5 = Issue resolved 2/5 = Price/cost Have to average 3/5 stars. Good service, high price.

David was amazing! He showed up when he said he would, made sure we understood exactly what was going on, and was courteous of our time. He left the space cleaner than when he came, and most importantly solved our issue quickly!

We had a serious leak that was not easy to get to, and David Gomez was able to work us into his schedule on a Friday. He did a fast assessment and clearly explained what needed to be done. He was able to fix the leak and replaced the broken fixture with one that will be much better. This was excellent and fast service!

Great service! Eric is awesome! He handled a complex job with ease. His expertise and kindness was second to none! The professionalism and promptness from the service call to the end of the job was A+. This company knows how to treat people.

David did an amazing job being thorough. He took the time to investigate the problem and found that the clean out pipe was broken and clogged causing our issue. David’s crew returned today to fix this. They spent most of the day and completed the job. Top notch service!

Very perfectional and very good service! Didn't take long at all we had a leak where the toilet on & off shut off is which made the toilet keep running and leaking and since we had already bought the part that goes on there he used what we bought and didnt knock anything off the price!..I personally thought the price was kinda steep for what he had to do which didnt take long at all but overall good service..I would have gave a 5star if he would have knocked off alittle off the price since he used the part we bought
