Just before Christmas, with out-of-town family members arriving, our 26 year old tank style hot water heater went out. We called Scott Emerson Plumbing and Scott immediately made arrangements to schedule an installation that upcoming Saturday of our replacement Rinnai (RXP199iN), condensing tank-less hot water heater. He arrived at 7:00am on the installation day and had the new water heater installed and working by 2:00pm. We are completely satisfied with the results (see pictures), and feel Scott's fee was reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others in need for any plumbing issues. In fact, when our HUGO battery backup arrives next week (an essential item for any tank-less hot water heater), we will be calling Scott back to install the "flow Sensor" option that comes with it.

Mr. Emerson was recommended by our builder who had retired. He placed new water lines throughout a house we purchased for my in-laws. Call Scott (931-320-1937 if you are looking for a Plumber who can fix it. We are so pleased to have gotten a hold of him. He pointed out a few issues and did all the work in an hour and a half, he has all the right tools and a great stock of supply. I'm telling you he was very affordable. Once again, thank you, Scott.

Friendly and professional, was able to get me in for a leaking line (non-emergency) the next morning. Scheduling came with live updates for arrival time and was a great communicator overall. Was also able to fix my outdoor faucet (instead of replacing it like I thought I was going to need) in a few minutes. Does great work at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
