Very professional, and excellent pricing. Came out with in an hour of my call to give an estimate on work that I wanted to be done. Came the next day (Saturday) and completed the work in a timely manner. Would use Flo rite again for any work I need done in the house.

Not pleased at all! Put on a good front and made plenty of conversations to stall time, was here for an hour and 15 min just to screw on a washer on our toilet to stop a leak, charged us 250 dollars we checked when he left and it was still leaking, finally just done it ourselves went to Lowe’s bought the kit for 17$ and fixed it ourself!!!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend we are young first time home owners and he got us!!! Horrible!!!! He knew he done us wrong, not only robbed us of $250 but seriously showed us how people can be these days! I don’t see how someone could have the nerve to do such. That could have went towards our children versus him just taking it from us and not doing what he was paid to do in the first place!!!! I will be reporting to BBB

Many claim to be open 24 hours but when you call them they are not or they say they’ll come tomorrow. Flo-rite came out tonight! Installed my kitchen sink faucet and no more leaks. Job well down. I definitely will call him again if I need a dependable plumber! Thanks a million Flo-rite!

Would've given a five star review, but he wouldn't take a tip. Installed an additional toilet. Great customer service. I have to honest very rare to have just gave someone your hard earned money and you smile at em as they leave... . Thank you again.

Well, the address listed is MY house, not this business. I am aware that Mr. Stewart illegally resided in my home through the tenants I had leased to. He illegally had a dog in my home. And more over, this guy is a "plumber" who thrashed my 230k home. Water damage everywhere. I am seeking legal options to sue "flo-rite" for past due rent and illegally operating a business out of my home. On the flip side, if anyone is looking for a home to buy, all repairs are done, and the address listed for "flo-rite" is currently for sale. All locks have been changed so no worries of this crook illegally entering the home any further.

If you use this business it is at your own risk. You have been warned. Please contact me for proof of why you should never use this business nor should you associate with any of the people. This is not about ruining someone's business this is about true customer service and treating things that are not your own with care and leaving them better than you found them. These people clearly do not know how to do any of that. There are other businesses that do the same services for a good price... Go elsewhere!
