One month after buying our house, we had a pipe burst in our front yard. I called Mac Plumbing & Joyce was so nice & understanding. She got us scheduled immediately. Their technician, Danny, showed up 30 minutes later- if that. So fast! He took a look at everything, gave us some options and quotes, contacted 811, and got us scheduled for a repair THE NEXT DAY. I was THRILLED! He gave us all the info on the process & what to expect. I received a text informing me of being scheduled, the time the crew would arrive, & a photo of the tech. Love that feature! Steven & Cole arrived promptly at 11am and stayed til the job was done around 4pm. They were so friendly, professional, & informative. Again, they gave me a rundown on what to expect that day. They both put me at ease when I had questions. Truly went above & beyond. They cleaned up my yard & sidewalk before they left, even carrying off some branches they had to cut, which I appreciated. I’m also thankful they were able to get the job done and not bust my sidewalk! My yard looks like nothing happened. I couldn’t be happier with the job & service. Highly recommend!

The waterline to my refrigerator for the ice maker cracked and was leaking. I called them and they sent someone right away and fixed it under an hour. Friendly and good service appreciated. 2nd time around it was my hot water tank. Called and Dennis and chuck were at my house within the hour and showed me pictures of my rotten hot water tank. They installed the new hot water heater within a few hours. They both were very professional and efficient. Got a new tank before the old one flooded my garage due to rusting out.New water tank will never rust and got a great warranty on work.

Our water heater started leaking the day we moved into our new home. Mac Plumbing came out right away and gave a reasonable quote without adding on unnecessary items that a different company had attempted to do. Both technicians we had were professional and thorough. They answered all our questions and installed our new water heater in a timely manner. All the office staff was kind and helpful too.

Drew’s personality, punctuality, and professionalism is what made me join the club after tonight’s repair. I called to report an issue with my shower valve and no more than 5 minutes I had a call coming through already getting someone spun up to head my way even during emergency after hours. Outstanding work. I will continue utilizing Mac for all my plumbing, heating, and AC needs and will recommend to anyone who wants to deal with the professionals. Thank you!

Joyce was very pleasant and scheduled our job quickly. Cole and Kyle were both professional and friendly. They explained possible outcomes to our plumbing issues and worked together to complete the job and provided pictures and a video of their findings. We would highly recommend Mac for plumbing needs.

Steven, Dennis, Eli, Payton, and Kyle were some of the most helpful, professional, outstanding, and knowledgeable individuals that could have helped me with the plumbing problems that I had. They also made it extremely clear as to what the easiest solution would be and helped me understand exactly the work they were doing. If I were to ever need professional help again this is the first company I’d reach out to and first place I’d recommend for anyone needing plumbing work done.

DO NOT USE THEM. I paid almost $200 to have them come out to see why my water heater quit. I had followed the instructions to restart it several times without success. I called MAC on Feb. 24, 2025 and they came out late that day or the following morning. They were here maybe 20-30 minutes, but got it going. I paid and they left. It worked until March 6 and quit again. I called MAC. I spoke to a lady there who confirmed the previous service. I explained the timeline and experience. She said she'd send someone out, but there would be another $189 Service Call fee. I said "Madame, they were just here". She said they "did a diagnostic and found nothing wrong". I replied "well, evidently they missed something and I shouldn't have to pay another Service Call". ( not to mention I'm without hot water for a full day). Her reply was "it worked for a week". REALLY!!!! If you use these people, you're a damn fool. Dennis S.
