They took our money up front, texted for pictures of the unit, and we heard almost nothing else until the day of - a month later. They rescheduled us twice, making us wait both days before rescheduling⊠We didnât mind, but its worth mentioning. The old unit was inside a spare closet - I made sure to include pics and tell them it was a small space. I assumed pics with the closet full of stuff got the point across that we use the closet, but I guess I was mistaken. This house has almost no storage, we donât even have a pantry. I actually needed that space. I was never asked for measurements or anything aside from a text for âpictures of the labelâ so I assumed he understood the assignment⊠I guess I shouldâve known when we were asked no other probing questions. I was the point of contact for the job. All calls & texts were to me and I alone let him in and showed him around. I told him I was working in the office and to get me when it was done. I even told him I dont work on the phone so I can be interrupted, just knock when it was done. My office door was right across from the room he worked in. He did the whole job with the door shut because he said the pump was loud; my office door was shut as well. Fine at the time but hindsight is 20/20. My fiance came home mid-job but was busy elsewhere in the home⊠Next thing I know, the guys leaving(literally driving off as I came outside to catch him), my carpet is soaked and the new unit is in the center of the closet - blocking access entirely. Moreover, he KICKED in the pan to get the door to close, so damaging the new equipment? Cool. I immediately called the office and was told by Larry that âmy husband approved this before AND after it was installedâ - which is not even a half truth at best. My fiance never saw it before it was put in. As I said, he was busy elsewhere in the home. Also, I was the contact for the job, why wasnât I consulted BEFORE it was put in?? When plumber James grabbed my husband after the job he stood there confused as the guy gave him a quick rundown, told him he had to place it there unfortunately and then took off. Lol. He didnât exactly âapproveâ this - he was given no choice and yall already had our money. I was blissfully ignorant and thought he was still working on it till my fiance rushed in to get me as the guy was leaving. By the time I was on the porch he was taking off. Also plumber James used the actual words âits not my problemâ to me after I called back. Lol. Real nice customer service. We understand they bought the unit by gallon size - but we would have paid for a smaller unit, paid for this one to go back ANYTHING if just given the option to even discuss it. I wouldnât be writing this if any attempt was made to rectify the situation. We are 2 people in a small home, downsizing for space would have been fine⊠but they got the gallon size and just chose for us. We werenât given any options. Larry at the office was super nice and apologetic, he offered to talk to the owner and get back to me⊠But as you can probably guess, I was never called back. To top this whole experience off, the unit they put in is under performing. Like under 30 minutes waters getting cold. Thereâs only 2 of us, and it happens even when we havenât been using hot water all day. A brand new unit this size should do better than that. The unit not fitting is one thing. Failure to tell us it didnât fit till after it was installed and then taking off quickly - is crazy. Kicking in the pan is wild. Never getting a callback is what it is at this pointâŠ. But the unit running crappy - thats just diabolical. Go anywhere else for plumbing or use at your own risk.

Pro N stall installed a new septic tank for our home. Within a year it came disconnected and sewage flowed out into our back yard. It was difficult to get them back out, but they did come back and dug the tank back out to reconnect free of charge. Now, less than a year later it is disconnected again and sewage is continuing to flow into the back yard. The home is 45 years old and the original brick tank was just old and needed replaced. Upon installation of the new tank 2 things were not properly done Proper support for the tank connection (approximately 15 ft of pipe) And risers Risers for the tank were quoted and paid for but never installed. Pro install did come back out after I called and told them of it disconnecting again and quoted $2500 to reconnected the tank.

Absolutely recommend! From the first visit, Matt went above and beyond-- he combed through our warranties to ensure we were getting the best deal, saved us 3k on a previous quote for fixing a part that was actually still under warranty, then efficiently fixed said part on our unit. As he was finishing the job he actually fixed our running toilet out of the goodness of his heart. I cannot speak more highly of Pro N Stall, including Dawn and Larry as well. Truly exceptional people who treat their clients like family. They are the only business we will be seeking out for future issues and maintenance.

Pro N Stall worked well with our Home Warranty company and remained flexible to suit our needs and our schedule. They kept us informed throughout the whole process to get our replacement system up and running as soon as they could in the summer heat. I do recommend them and would hire them again, but do ask for future jobs, to please collect or throw away the no longer needed panel screws, small extra items (trash) at the end from the HVAC unit that was removed.

Had a field line leak in my yard and decided to give ProNstall a call. They came out within a week or two and made repair. Less than 6 months later same issue. Called back again and took him over 4 months to show up and all he did was mess my yard up and damage some pipe. Left yard clumpy. Next morning water pouring from ground. Paid this man 3,000 dollars for first repair. He obviously doesnât care about his customers so he did shoty work when he wasnât getting paid to repair something he already was suppose to fix. I called another company out and they said the guy from ProNstall doesnât know what heâs doing. My opinion heâs out for your money. New company actually found the real problem and fixed and made my dirt look amazing. Do not use this company. Told me if I needed anymore work done it would have to be more money. Also new company only charged me 1800 and fixed his mess up and actually repair that was needed.below are pics of When he left. What a joke and waste of money!

Pro N-Stall is the best! I have been a very satisfied customer since August 2016. They came out to repair a shower faucet that broke and would not stop running. The emergency plumber from another company who came out to turn off the water and make the first evaluation said that he would need to take the whole fixture out (involving busting through tile!). My home warranty company sent out Pro N-Stall to do the repair and they realized it was just a torn stem seat in the shower valve. The technician had the part and fixed it immediately, without needing to knock out the tile to replace the whole fixture! I immediately signed up for Pro N-Stall's club membership. They come out twice a year to do a plumbing, healing, and cooling inspection. Chris came out today and he went above and beyond on the plumbing inspection: he tightened a shower fixture that was loose (turned out it was missing a screw) and came back after the visit was completed when I remembered something else I wanted checked out. Pro N-Stall couldn't be easier to work with, both the dispatchers and the technicians. I highly recommend their services and their Club Membership. UPDATE Nov 13, 2018 Pro N Stall again exceeded my expectations! I called Monday morning because of leaks in my bathroom sink and tub faucets (why does everything decide to go at the same time?!?). Jamie, the lead plumber, came out Tuesday morning and did exceptional work! My fixtures were old and "builder's grade" from the mid-1980s, and so I had no idea what brands they were. Jamie did research to determine what I have. He found out that one of the companies was no longer in business and did not have replacement parts but did have a "repair kit" which he was able to get. He explained to me exactly what the problem was. He had a new sink faucet installed and the shower faucet repaired in no time. I live in an apartment building and did not know which water meter was mine to shut off the water for the shower repair, and Jamie patiently opened about 7 water meter covers before we finally found it. As a club member, I got a reduced rate on the labor. I cannot recommend Jamie and the whole Pro N Stall team highly enough. They got me on the schedule quickly; fixed my leaks excellently and cost-efficiently; and were patient and pleasant at every turn. Thank you, Pro N Stall!!
