Patriot Services- Plumbing & HVAC Contractor

I called PATRIOT at 700 PM on Friday night after I had returned home and heard water running in my crawlspace. I immediately turned the water main off and called my OLD plumbing/hvac provider who said that they couldn't get anyone to my house until Monday, "maybe". I immediately called Patriot and they had a technician at my house by 800 PM. I was amazed, to say the least. The technician, Jonah, assured me "I will find the problem". It took a bit to identify the issue, which was actually not in the crawlspace at all. He quickly repaired the problem once it was identified and at a reasonable cost! In today's world where excellent service, fair pricing, and having businesses actually care about you as a customer are seriously lacking, PATRIOT far exceeded my expectations. In a bad situation for me, everyone I dealt with at PATRIOT on the phone was fabulous and very calming, and the technician, Jonah, was amazing! I can't say enough good things about PATRIOT. I signed a PM (preventative maintenance) contract with them last night. They will be THE ONLY people I use for my plumbing and HVAC needs, going forward. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PATRIOT.

I am Very impressed with Patriot Services. My AC/heat system stopped working on a Friday and I have a baby in the home. I called them after hoirs at 5:30pm. Micheal called me back within 20 minutes and scheduled to come out and fix the problem. They gave me a fair price for services and I will be using them for all my AC heat needs moving forward. I wish all business’s were run like Patriot.

Michael Roy did an excellent job diagnosing our HVAC issues. We've had to have multiple folks from multiple companies out trying to resolve a recurring issue. Michael spent an extended amount of time researching our issue and went above and beyond to find a solution. He's the best!

Cannot say enough about how happy I am with the service we received. Had tried two others to fix my daughter’s septic issue, but they were horrible. On a recommendation I tried Patriot. They set up an appointment, showed up when they said they would and did what was needed - without trying to gouge us or do extra work. One other contractor quoted a new field line system for $9K without testing. Patriot tested and found field lines to be operating properly. A second contractor either didn’t return messages or failed to show up when he said he would. Bottom line, they were professional and trustworthy. Exactly what you look for in contractor.

Jonah is an excellent plumber! He quickly analyzed and resolved our hard water hammer issue. We were very impressed with his attention to detail and expertise. We highly recommend Jonah to anyone who needs a plumbing issue resolved by a trustworthy professional.

Had an old cast iron drain pipe with about a foot or so long crack in it that needed replacement prior to water damage remediation, so I called Patriot out to get it fixed. They were able to get an appointment set up relatively soon after contact. Jesse, the technician they sent out, was exceptionally professional, personable, and courteous. He was able to get the problem solved quickly and cleanly, and at a reasonable price for the work that went in. Very good experience overall.
