Choate's Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing And Generators

Technician informed me that his job was to get the drain moving again, not to clean it out. Also that the drain would clog again and that I would have to pay additional charges to clean it out. He also informed me that it wasn’t his job to clean up the sludge that’s left on the wall and ground below the clean out access. Yesterday when I called the quote was inconsistent with what I saw advertised, so I decided to use my home warranty, later I received a call from another young woman who assured me that my drain would be cleaned faster and that the cost would be $99 , she also stressed that there would be no additional costs. I have used Choates in the past at my businesses and my home, but it this is the level of service that I can expect, I’ll take my patronage elsewhere.

Levy Reeves was my technician with Choate’s. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained to me how to properly install my air filter (which was helpful since I incurred a $400 repair bill previously from improper installation) and offered plan options specific to my household needs. Normally, when companies come to your home you expect to feel like you’re going to be “sold to”, Levy really wanted to make sure he addressed my household’s concerns. I’ll definitely use their services again and hopeful have Levy as a technician in the future.

On today’s visit, Mr. Baptist performed the A/C maintenance service. There were two systems serviced and he explained the issue each of them has along with pictures and gave his opinion on what it would take to correct it. He also gave estimates for the corrections and went over the fam plan. I believe Mr. Baptist did a thorough job and is knowledgeable about the work he does. Thank you for your time and service.

I called Choates HVAC to tune up our HVAC system and the technician Alyssa Landa arrived at our home promptly at the time she promised. She was very courteous and professional and started by putting on her shoe covers before entering the house. She was very nice and proceeded to inspect and check out our system for any problems it may have. She proceeded to the attic and did the inspection. She even replaced our air filters with some I had bought earlier at Choates. She was very efficient and nice. I would recommend her and Choates to anyone of my friends or associates who would need their services. And I believe Ms. Alyssa Landa is a definite asset to the Choates company. We will be using you guys whenever we need heat, air and or plumbing. Thanks.

Alyssa was sent out to tune up my A/C units, making sure they are ready for our hot summers. She was very professional and personable. She was informative on our units, which are well over 15 years old. She also left materials letting me know available services from the company she works for. I will definitely ask for her next time our units are to be serviced.

I subscribed to the family plan and right on time they reached out to me for the spring maintenance visit. Terek Robinson was my service tech who called in advance of his arrival. Terek was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He explained everything very well. Very pleased with Choate and especially Terek. I highly recommend them both.

Patrich Banks was prompt, professional and thorough. He was courteous and finished a large task that was an exceptional job. I advise anyone with Heat/Air/Plumbing issues to give them a chance and they will not disappoint. I will add that they gave me 4 different price points of repairs cost and let me decide without any pressure to spend money needlessly. Great job.

I have used the dependable Choate’s services for many years. Zach Marsh was the technician who came to make sure my unit was in good condition for winter. He was on time (as they always are).He was very knowledgeable of the services he was to provide. He showed me pictures and explained in detail that everything was working as it should. He was professional and courteous and is a great asset for your company. Also I recommend the Family Maintenance Plan that reminds you when it is time for a checkup on your unit.!
