Super great! Saul was extremely helpful in getting my warranty company to replace the line going from my house to the city. They replaced the whole thing in like 4 hours. Thank you so much!!!

Had issue with heat on coldest day of winter last week , called that morning and by that afternoon JR was out checking system, located issue and tried to get parts that night to fix , but unfortunately was not able to get them until next day. He left system running to provide some heat because it would work intermittently and told me he would be back as soon as possible tomorrow. A few hours later around 8pm I get a text from him asking how I’m doing and if system holding temperature at all and offers to bring me a propane heater if I needed one … was completely impressed by the kindness of the offer and level of customer service . He showed up the next day as promised and repaired the unit and it has been running great ever since then … pricing is competitive….can’t recommend them enough!

Arctic was quick to schedule and prompt to show up. Very communicative which is not something other plumbing and HVAC companies are great at. Saul was great and got our drain cleared in no time. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC or plumbing work!

I contacted pat to install a furnace and a/c unit in my parents house and he came the same day was very punctual and informative and helped w our problem that very same day they started and completed in hrs . My parents were so happy and they actually have a lower bill now than previous monthly utility bill, Arctic gave the best deal compared to other 2 companies we talked to and we chose the best!

*Edited- Please read the company's response below to my review along with the response they gave to a review on Yelp from a previous customer with the same issue as mine and that should tell you that you do not want to do business with anyone as unprofessional as this company. When you are running a business, you don't respond to customers in such rude and unprofessional manner* RUN FAR AWAY. I called this company out to inspect my bonus room and give a quote on adding insulation. I was told they would send an estimate after they inspected. I never received an estimate and instead received an invoice for the inspection. I was never told about the inspection charge prior to them inspecting my house. I'm well aware that some companies charge for inspections and some don't. The problem here is I was never told about the charge until over a month later when I received the invoice. This should have been communicated before the appointment. By law it should gave been communicated before the appointment. I called to speak with the Manager "Patrick" and he was very rude in his tone and hung up the phone in my face. This is not a company that I would recommend to anyone. If you need HVAC services, I recommend Rob Thomas in Cordova. Great customer service and communication.

Anthony Arrived at/on time specified, no 4 hour window etc. Fixed issues with water tank/heater with no trying to “up sell” like many other companies. Would recommend

Anthony and Saul arrived very promptly, had the correct parts for two bathrooms, and solved the problems within 30 minutes. Both were most courteous, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We have used Arctic before and had the same awesome results and we will continue to use them. Very satisfied.
