Just a great experience all around with having our water heater replaced. Marvin Hayes did a great job explaining our options and setting up the project. He was very professional and helpful. James Smith and his team were able to complete the job on the same day and did a fantastic job on the removal and install. We were very happy we went with Conway Services and couldn’t have asked for better results! I would highly recommend this company and their team!

I originally gave Conway a one star for the services received. I reached out to the quality assurance manager and I am very pleased with how my complaint was handled. I was apologized to and sent a new technician who was very professional. They even honored the special price that was offered even though the services I needed cost more. Thank you so much Conway for your prompt response to my concerns and helping identify my plumbing issues. I highly recommend.

On today I decided to give Conway a call due to my hot water no longer getting hot in the home and the installation of a new toilet. The First red flag I Incurred was when the representative informed me that it would be a service charge of $89.00 for the technician to come out and that service charge will not be credited to my final bill. I informed the representative that she could cancel the appointment due to the fact that I did not want to be charged a service charge and it would not be credited to my final bill. Moments later, I received a call from a new representative stating that the technician will be out in 30 to 45 minutes, I than go on to informed the new representative that I canceled the service call due to the $89 service charge fee not being credited to my final bill once the work was completed/rendered. The representative informed me I don’t know why the other representative informed you of that we always credit the money If service is rendered. I said OK that’s fine. You can go ahead and send please send out the technician. When the technician arrived to my home and was showed the hot water heater he immediately replied the water heater has a small leak I replied yes sir I am aware that was one of the descriptions I informed your service rep of via our phone conversation. He took pictures and stated we can see if you have a warranty on here I asked was he going to do and troubleshooting to the heater to determine if a new or replacement heater would even be necessary. He than go on to inform me that there’s no way to troubleshoot a hot water heater. I would need a new one and if the install it and provide me with a new heater it would be in the ball park of $3200 and if I have a warranty the can install it for $1900. I stated ok can you just please install the toilet he goes on to say we just had a price increase so to install your toilet it will be $650. I said absolutely not. I strongly feel the technician was just out for money he did not have and tools handy besides a flashlight which lead me to believe he had no intention on properly assessing the concern just to charge me and outrageous price.

Conway Services did an excellent job! The company's communication process from the job estimate to the installation was outstanding. The installation team was courteous and very professional. Top notch team! I would recommend this company anytime! Very satisfied customer.

Outstanding service for a first-time home buyer! They provided excellent education and professional recommendations. They also kindly cleaned out my condenser. Alex from Conway was very friendly, and I definitely plan to use their services again.

We had technician Nova and he was wonderful. We called Conway at 830 in the am and they promised us a time before 12pm to fix our hot water heater. They arrived on time that they gave us and he was very fast and prompt. He was very friendly and made sure that we were able to use our warranty that went out in 6 days mind you. It was just an overall great experience. Definitely recommend.

Gilberto Johnson, Conway’s Electrical Service Technician is the best. He’s been in the business over 30 years; THIS MAN IS A GENIUS! He knows everything about his job. Most importantly he keeps a smile, he’s patient w/a good attitude & a nice personality. I highly recommend Gilberto. Thanks again Gilberto!!!
