I called Legacy Friday when my toilets stopped flushing and were backing up sewage into our only tub/shower. I spoke with Lavetta and explained our problem and how I needed someone out soon as I have two small children that I need to bathe and we are completely without toilets for the weekend. After seeming uninterested in helping for some reason, she said they will be out first thing Monday morning between 8:30-9 am. Monday morning rolls around, I’m waiting and waiting and nobody comes. Around 9:10 I call the office and she says “oh we had a couple emergencies come in over the weekend and we moved you to Tuesday.” I said “we are completely without plumbing, that’s not an emergency?” Then she lied and said she had told me Tuesday and kept asking me why I had called them to come out versus another company? Waste of my time and completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I DO NOT recommend wasting your time with these people.

Would not recommend. They were responsible for the plumbing in our house. After moving in we discovered there was a problem with the sewage not draining properly. 3 other plumbers came out to give advice and all 3 said it was not done at the proper grade. That it was trying to flow uphill and well we all know that doesn't work. After we found out Legacy did the plumbing we called them to see if they would fix their mistake. They said it was probably due to settling. I don't think so. Our house is at the bottom of a hill and they connected it to the city at the top of a hill. It should have never been connected there according to 3 other plumbing companies. They refused to help unless we of course hired them to fix what they should've done in the first place.

I have to say the customer service was good, however the performance was not satisfactory. They did the plumbing at our new house and Just about a couple of months ago I noticed hot water in my toilet. My mlgw bill appreciated that one! I didn’t think this was normal. Come to find out they hooked up my hot water line to my half bathroom toilet on first floor. You would this this would be caught during inspections. They fixed it which I am grateful for after cutting huge holes in the walls and took another 2 weeks to fix that too. However this shouldn’t be happening in newly built homes that are 500k. Accountability is necessary. Will be contacting the plumber that was supposed to be signing off on the inspections to let him/her know how great of a job they did.

They came out to fix my toilet some time in February 2022. I called last week and told them my toilet still was not completely flushing correctly. Technician came back today and rebuilt the toilet which he should have done in February, but they charged me for another service call. I was happy to pay for parts but not services I’ve already paid for. Will never use them again.

They sent out two gentlemen the day after I called about a leak. The guys were very friendly and helpful. They ended up fixing 3 different leaks very efficiently and reasonably. The serviceman, Troy, was great! I will use this company again.

Two guys came out on short notice. Fix my problem and answered all my questions. I was surprised at the cost. Very reasonable. Great customer service.

They refused to come snake our toilet unless you paid for 2 hours...$300!

Great company and quality work! Highly recommend in this area!
