Patrick and Mr Scott were great!!! The work was being paid for by a leasing company but they kept me in the loop as well. They were punctual to appointments and worked efficiently. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing in layman terms to ensure I understood the work that was being performed. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Scott came right on time. Presented options to repair my leaking disposal. Ended up replacing it on the spot ! Very informative. Left work area spotless! Very kind and helpful!!!

These guys did an excellent job! Our water heater went out and they came out within 2 hours to assess and put us first on their priority list to install the very next morning! Staff was very friendly! Trip and his help got the job done!

The office staff was able to book the appointment for the day after I called and checked to see if I was home prior to James coming over. Service was incredibly prompt. A technician was at my house within 15 minutes of my call to request service. The technician was knowledgeable, helpful, and seems to have done a great job. He performed two minor repairs inside of two toilet tanks, and replaced two shut off valves in under two hours. I highly recommend the team of service professionals at Mr. Rooter.

UPDATE - (Corrected incorrect prices) (Updated with new information) Dealing with Mr. Rooter as a whole, I can confidently say I would never recommend this company. What started as a $99 special quickly turned into a $480 charge for absolutely nothing. The first technician did little more than repeat what I had already told him, then tried to upsell me on repair packages ranging from $3,000 to $5,000, claiming theyâd have to tear up my yard. The next day, two more technicians spent 2.5 hours appearing busy but accomplishing nothing. They offered a âcomplimentaryâ camera inspection but never showed me the footageâdespite multiple requests. When I realized they werenât actually going to fix anything, I called MLGW. In less than 7 minutes, MLGW cleared my clogged sewage main at no charge. To make matters worse, I called their office five times trying to get a refund. Each time, I was promised a callback from a managerânot a single person ever called me back. When I finally got through to someone higher up (I believe his name was Stephen), the conversation was infuriating. He did not listen, didnât care about what wasnât done, got a large portion of the information completely wrong, and wouldnât even entertain being corrected. At one point, he essentially called me a liar and bullied me into letting them come back out to run the camera inspection. When the tech from âNeighborlyâ (Mr. Rooterâs parent company) arrived, he was fantasticâfriendly, professional, and did his best to clarify everything. I truly appreciated his attitude, but at the same time, it felt like he was trying to justify and dodge the actual issue at hand. The bottom line remains the same: â The service I paid for was never actually done â The camera inspection is a free serviceâit does not replace the work I originally paid for â MLGW fixed the problem in 7 minutes for FREE, while Mr. Rooter wasted my time and money âď¸ Getting in touch with MLGW was easyâMr. Rooter, on the other hand, made me chase them down for a response I am still demanding a full refund because, at the end of the day, the service I paid for was barely even attempted, let alone completed. Mr. Rooter should be ashamed of this experience. Save yourself the hassle and call someone else

They responded very quickly. Jacob did a wonderful job. He was professional and I trusted his recommendations. This company goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services
