On the morning we were supposed to get the ductwork underneath our house replaced the heating/cooling guys discovered a leak which prevented them from doing anything until it was fixed. I called five places and Benjamin Franklin was the only one that could send someone to our place within a couple of hours. Matt made the repairs quickly and professionally. Great experience!

We’ve worked with Benjamin Franklin Plumbers a few times since purchasing our home 6 months ago, and have worked with Colton twice. Each time he’s been super helpful, patient in answering my (many) questions, and we’ve been very happy with the outcome and the price. We have used Ben Franklin Plumbing in the past and always been very pleased with the outcome. Recently, my wife noticed fluctuations in the water pressure and it just seemed weaker than it should have been. Last weekend, we noticed a small leak near the house water main shut off valve and scheduled and appointment. The scheduling process was easy and the person I spoke with was very helpful. Austen arrived a couple of minutes early and is an excellent technician. He took the time to explain what was going on and the possible outcomes. His diagnostic approach was spot on and we now have a working pressure valve that doesn't leak and strong water pressure again! Since he was here, we asked about replacing our old kitchen faucet and he had the perfect replacement. We could not be more satisfied or any more happy with the outstanding work!

I would recommend Benjamin Franklin to anyone that have a plumbing issue. The Manager Brian is very knowledgeable in his craft with years of experience. He takes his time to explain your plumbing issues and will recommend what he think would be the best route to go to resolve your issue. I will give them 10 stars

Austen was here within about 90 minutes of my call. He immediately recognized the problem (a leak in an outside hose bib) and found a second pinhole leak that I wasn’t aware of. He did a great job quickly. He is very pleasant and communicated well. If we have another problem I’ll ask for Austen.
