Usually companies try to charge you just for looking at it and leave. Mark informed me that the estimate part would be free. If I wanted to go forward with the installation the technician could install it on site. I agreed with the cost. David was great! He was professional and courteous. He also gave me tips on how to maintenance my water heater. Once again. I recommend this company!
