Had an excellent experience with Scott’s Plumbing today. I had a faucet that was dripping none stop and needed replaced. Also, a shower that was dripping and several toilets that over the last nine years had become hard to flush. Ricky Scott was great. He made recommendations and completed the work for less than I was expecting. He was super friendly and offered advice. We will be using him again soon for additional services and updated equipment.

This is the guy you were hoping to find!! Mr. Scott just finished his second job with us & I have already scheduled the 3rd job for January! He is knowledgeable, neat, efficient & reasonably priced. I was recommended Scott's Plumbing by my trusted HVAC tech, who has done a few jobs for me in the past. I have a rental property and the tenant reached out on Tuesday afternoon saying he wasn't getting hot water at the house. I texted Ricky Tuesday evening, who worked my tenant's issue into his schedule for Wednesday morning, identified the problem (water heater went caput), and had it replaced by Thursday morning. He was fast, efficient, communicated clearly, and got me taken care of with no issues. Before getting his number, I had an appointment scheduled with another company that was going to charge me $195 for an assessment + $100 because it would be after 4 pm. That was before any work was going to get done. I appreciate working with small, local businesses because guys like Ricky are flexible, reasonable, and understand the value of peoples' time and resources. I'm saving his number for the future!

Scott's plumbing repair is amazing!!!!! We have definitely founds us a reliable, trustworthy plumbing service and will definitely be using Ricky for all our plumbing future needs. Their prices are affordable and Ricky is very knowledgeable and informative. Shows up on time and double checks to make sure everything is working properly before he leaves. Our spetic line needed to be cleaned, plumbing line and new shower set put in for our tub downstairs. Needed a new toilet put in our 2nd bathroom. Ricky got everything fixed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company!!!!

Reset a couple of existing toilets for us that were previously installed by our flooring contractor and they were leaking. Scott’s plumbing came out quickly and was able to reset them both within an hour. Pretty reasonable price.

Scott was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and a fast and efficient worker. I recommend his services. If I have need of his services again, I'll be calling him.
