Had a bathroom sink leak and shut-off valve issue. Tyler from Magnolia was able to come the same morning, ahead of schedule, and quickly address it along with great communication. We had been looking for a go-to plumber and believe we now have one!

Magnolia got the roots out of my sewer line yesterday.. John and Tyler were VERY professional and pleasant to work with. They explained what they were going to do, offered options and showed me the camera after they were done so I could SEE what was done.. They did a wonderful job, put things back like they were and were done in 1/2 a day. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Whenever the Magnolia team is at our house, issues are always solved with high quality results. At 8pm, an old water heater leaked and destroyed the ceiling. We called. John instructed my husband how to stop the leakage and the team showed up the next day. They fixed the issue and installed a leakage detector to prevent future problems. Before they fix any kitchen or bathroom plumbing items, they educate us with information in a respectful manner. When they look for solutions on difficult issues, they stay on even after sundown.

Tyler always does great work on the plumbing in our old house. He explains everything before and after he completes work, and he is always on time, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend Magnolia Plumbing!

Great experience!! Kimberly was great in scheduling us quickly and very professional. John, the plumber, was fantastic and went above and beyond!! He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all of our questions. He was very patient and never made us feel rushed. He explained things very clearly, in a way that was easy to understand. After he completed our repair, we asked about flushing our tankless water heater, and he showed/explained the process. He even told us we could save money by doing it ourselves and told us where we can purchase everything we need. We were very impressed with his openness and honesty. He didn't even charge us for the repair since it was such a quick fix, just the cost of the service call (which was very reasonable and fair)! So thankful we found an honest, trustworthy plumbing company. We will definitely use Magnolia Plumbing again and highly recommend them!!
