Several friends and neighbors recommended Ace Plumbing to us for our water-main replacement. And now we'll be recommending them to other friends and neighbors. Mike quoted us a price and then billed us that same price. No upsell, no additional hidden charges. We were quoted DOUBLE the price by another company. The other company also said our tankless water heater had gone unserviced too long and needed replacing outright, which would of course be several thousand dollars. Mike at Ace said that was absolutely unnecessary and a simple flush would be the best way to service it. And the price was a fraction, again, of the other guys. We have water pressure and a working tankless heater and we didn't have to take out a second mortgage to pay for it. Thank you, AJ and Rob, for the thorough and fast work today. And thanks, Mike, for being a reliable, affordable and friendly service in Hermitage.

Man, my experience with Ace was nothing short of amazing! I had company come over and one of the kids had flushed something down the toilet that a plunger couldn’t fix!! I even tried to snake it myself and nothing was working. I made one call and they were there in a hurry and and got it fixed quickly, and I was so thankful! I would give 6 stars if I could!

We were not made aware of overtime fees which could have waited till the following day. You are billed a bundle rate of $1350 for a new water heater regardless of the time of installation. Also they billed for 3 hours installation instead of 2 hours. Get a breakdown of all charges before saying yes. We miss our retired plumber who was a pleasure to work with all the time.

We had our water heater replaced by Master Plumber Rob. We really appreciate the same day service. We will be using Ace again!

Excellent service and good value. Our tech was Rob and he was very informative and courteous. He was able to fix our problem quickly. Did not feel like I was being upsold. I have used a bigger chain previously, but will be headed back to Ace now. Would highly recommend.

Everyone involved with Ace was Professional and Personable. Ron did an outstanding job and was able to exceed my expectations which is hard to do. I have used Ace about 5 times this last year and they do quality work. They have installed an PRV, repaired old hose bibs, ice maker lines, and helped with a main water meter connection. Some of those tasks were not easy either. Geoff and Donavan did great work every time!. Good guys who know what they are doing.
