James was awesome to work with. At first communication, I felt very comfortable and had a great feeling about his offer to help us with our issue. He was on time, did the work quickly yet effectively, left no mess and was very honest with everything. He was straightforward with the issue but was willing to offer multiple options for repair. I highly recommend him and will use him again for future repairs.

I had a minor plumbing emergency. James responded to an Angie’s List request very quickly. He was able to swing by my house after his final job of the day, on the same day. He arrived on time, which is always a plus with contractors. He diagnosed the problem and quoted a fair fee to fix it. He was able to fix it the same night, and he even went the extra mile of turning my water back on at the road cutoff, which is downhill from my house. My day went from pretty annoying due to having no water, to really awesome having water again. James was friendly, helpful, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend him to anyone.

My friend recommended this company and James pulled in the driveway exactly on time. He was very professional and quick. He bought parts for me when they were not available and installed a new faucet and water boiler expansion tank. Both work perfectly and the price was very reasonable too. Solid!

James was the third plumbing professional I contacted to take care of a faulty grinder pump in my basement that was leaking sewage. Not only was he the only professional who responded right away with a specific answer as to when he could come and assess the situation - he was also the only person who didn’t ask for an exorbitant charge for simply showing up, nor did he fail to show up when he promised. Also, to be honest, I had no idea what my problem was, but he was the only person to ask enough questions to give me a pre-assessment over the phone (that turned out to be correct.) James arrived the same day I called, assessed the situation and gave me multiple options to address it. Then, when I decided to completely replace my grinder pump, he went and sourced a pump and then came back and completed the work the same night (even though it was getting late in the evening!) On top of all that, he identified a secondary issue that we weren’t even aware of, and while he did offer us the price and timing for addressing it himself later on - he also walked us though how we could do it ourselves at a lower price! Amazing service. With the storms, our basement flooded, telling us our sump had failed (thankfully, the alarm system woke my 7 year old daughter who grabbed us). We ran buckets of water up the stairs while calling the usual service providers in the area, some of whom didn't pick up and the rest of whom said there would be at least a 2 hour wait. Mr. Williams picked up on the second ring at 6 am and, without hesitation, said he'd rearrange the day and be right over - and he was. He brought a backup pump to work on draining the water (much more efficient than our buckets) and then worked through the crowds at Home Depot also looking for pumps to grab one and was back and reinstalled it along with the alarm system and a vent line which was there, as well. We'll definitely reach out to him for more elective jobs, but we can't thank him enough for helping us when others weren't able - or willing - to do so.
