Christian Jordan was here within 4 hours of my phone call. He was very professional, very friendly, and would make a great manager. He knew exactly what kind of siding would be best for me and explained everything thoroughly. He also assisted me with getting the best financing available. I would highly recommend him.

HEP provided both water heater and expansion tank installation plus HVAC replacement. All done expedient and perfectly. The equipment is performing as designed. Our sales associates Pat M and installer Josh were outstanding representatives of the company.

Shawn and Adam did an absolutely wonderful job putting in a fan in our bathroom. They could not have been more professional, helpful, and kind. I fully recommend them for any project.

Vlad did excellent job on our plumbing issues in regard to our bidet attachment, checked our water leaking (if any) and other plumbing needs. He was very professional, courteous and friendly as well. I recommend him and his work for a job well done!

I was so very pleased with everyone I had contact with at HEP. I needed someone to check my gas fireplace to make sure it was safe to use, and they sent someone the same day. My technician, Fernando, exceeded my expectations. He was knowledgeable about the task and explained everything to me. He was professional while being very personable. I will ask for him by name the next time I need a plumber!

So today, JOSH BUTLER was once again back at my house to do a whole house service because mine was in desperate need of upgrading as it was downright dangerous. He spent the whole day making sure that everything was done absolutely correctly and it is an incredible thing to behold. Now I don’t have to worry about my house blowing up and going on fire. He took care of getting the permits and having the electric shut off and turned back on and everything in between it was painless. I totally recommend Josh and HELP for any of your home needs.

Josh and Tim did excellent work upgrading and insulating my plumbing water pipes, all with a smile and positive attitude in a small crawlspace on the coldest morning of the year!
