Our initial tech Dakota was efficient, transparent, and friendly. He showed us pictures and gave explanations of all of his diagnostics. While there, he had us speak with Darren for our pricing options, where we decided replacement of our 25 year old unit was the best way to move forward. Daniel and Austin were able to come out next day to install our new system which looks clean and is working great! Super fast, friendly, and professional work for a reasonable price.

865HVAC is a great company. They serviced my old unit and put in the new bigger unit. I use them for maintenance and even have them deliver filters so I make sure to change them consistently. Whenever an issue arises, as a renter, I never really know who’s going to show up and what the exact quality of their work will be. I called 865 HVAC from Howell Michigan in regards to getting a new hot water tank installed for my daughter in Tennessee who was on her way home from having my fourth grandchild they made it a priority to make sure my daughter and grandchildren had hot water the next day Evan the installer was very kind courteous and professional. I have dealt with a lot of companies throughout my years and 865 HVAC stands out amongst them. This is truly a company that I feel prides itself not only on product and installation but core family values.

Dakota has been awesome with helping mom get her heat working again. Not only did he work on the unit, he spent time talking to her and checking on her! Which is a relief since I’m so far away from her! He updated me every step of the way which I greatly appreciate!
