STAY AWAY . BEWARE !!!! II WAS CHARGED OVER 2,000 TO FIX MY BATHROOM. BRIAN SANDEFER TOOK MY MONEY, LEFT BATHROOM IN SHAMBLES . NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. IGNORED PHONE CALLS AND TEXTS . HES VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I DIDN'T HAVE THE MONEY TO LOSE . WANTED CASH ONLY !!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY !!!!!! HE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF !!!!

Brian the owner of AA plumbing and drain cleaning, made my entire experience with his company and crew outstanding. It started with my initial phone call to schedule an appointment; just talking with him made me feel very calm. As a woman, I was concerned I may get ripped off because I didn’t understand plumbing issues; but he explained to me exactly what had to be done, step by step and performed the work exactly as he had told me they would. I must give a special shout out to Neil, the guy who dug up my yard for the new sewer line installation, he made a perfectly straight line from the sewer opening to the house where the pipe connection was, over 300 feet. I was so impressed with his excellent work! Everyone who worked on the job treated me with the upmost respect and made me feel like I was a valued customer. They also passed First Utility Board’s inspection with flying colors. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the work, the clean-up, and the cost was less than I anticipated. Booked them to do a very basic job and they couldn’t do it. Collected money, made an excuse to not complete the work and left an unfinished job for me to deal with. I booked another company the next day, took them less time, and they completed the work for 50 dollars cheaper. Downside, I’m out 225 dollars, upside, I know never to use this “company” again. Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had, ok people just can’t do the work and they didn’t seem to know basics.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! We asked them to come and check out our plumbing pipes underneath our house for leaks. They came but did not tell us there was a service charge. Charged us $147.50 for 10 minutes observation but said they would deduct it if we used their services. We did have them replace the sewer pipes underneath the house. Cost was $2800. However, two weeks later a bad smell developed underneath and we could smell it through one of the vents outside. Called them to come and check it out and they wanted to charge us again for $147.50 service charge. We called the owner and told him it had just been 2 weeks since they had replaced the pipes and supposedly stopped the leaks but he still wanted to charge us that service charge. Contract said they guaranteed their work. They LIED!

I do not recommend these people is two guys only one guy is working they spent two days at my home long hours just to do a simple job that should I should’ve used someone else day three I called them again I didn’t have any hot water I was told that they could not adjust the fixtures that I paid extra for because of a liability whatever they argued and the younger man talk to himself the old man left a lot and when he returned he sat in his white van smoked and drank whatever my tub shower is not fixed had to call someone else oh and the special Allen wrench that came with my fixture I paid extra for they kept. Don’t use this plumber two will show up only one will work and it’s half.

Been referring my real estate clients to AA Plumbing... First, I have peace of mind knowing that they are bonded and insured. They have always conducted themselves professionally (i.e. been on time, did the work stated, and for a fair price). My client's have only good things to say about their service and work! Highly recommend!

Do not use this company. We had our wall opened up for them to replace a small copper pipe water line. They did not arrive on time and when they did, there were 2 plumbers....yes 2.. they had it fixed in an hour. According to the invoice the pipe was $20.00 and labor was around $500.00. The worst part is my husband is a disabled veteran and they chose to rip him off.

These guy's are the best of the best! I highly recommend this guy's! I had a main water leak, I noticed it around 8:00 pm, I called them, they did all the proper steps in calling the water company, KUB, etc.... And they kept me informed the whole time! And when they were done, the job looked like they were never there! I am picky about what companies I use at my house, this company is the only one I will ever use!
