STAY AWAY . BEWARE !!!! II WAS CHARGED OVER 2,000 TO FIX MY BATHROOM. BRIAN SANDEFER TOOK MY MONEY, LEFT BATHROOM IN SHAMBLES . NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. IGNORED PHONE CALLS AND TEXTS . HES VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I DIDN'T HAVE THE MONEY TO LOSE . WANTED CASH ONLY !!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY !!!!!! HE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF !!!!

Brian the owner of AA plumbing and drain cleaning, made my entire experience with his company and crew outstanding. It started with my initial phone call to schedule an appointment; just talking with him made me feel very calm. As a woman, I was concerned I may get ripped off because I didn’t understand plumbing issues; but he explained to me exactly what had to be done, step by step and performed the work exactly as he had told me they would. I must give a special shout out to Neil, the guy who dug up my yard for the new sewer line installation, he made a perfectly straight line from the sewer opening to the house where the pipe connection was, over 300 feet. I was so impressed with his excellent work! Everyone who worked on the job treated me with the upmost respect and made me feel like I was a valued customer. They also passed First Utility Board’s inspection with flying colors. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the work, the clean-up, and the cost was less than I anticipated.
