Service tech door dinged vehicle and decided to leave and park elsewhere after seeing the vehicle damage instead of owning up to it.

The only people that carry this company are the ones out in the field. I can write from experience as a spouse, that these guys go out and work a ridiculous amount of hours to bring these jobs together while the office offers no support. They don't come out to walk the jobs, provide material, or man power that was promised to get the jobs done. They leave the superintendents and foreman to take care of/defend the job themselves and then use them as the fall guy when things get behind or don't go as planned. The amount of stress that is put on them is unhealthy and toxic.

If they are over a job you are subbing on run. Worse company I have ever worked with. They have no idea what they are doing or how to coordinate a job. They have no idea how to run a business or communicate with subs. They will not email back or return calls. When you finally talk to someone they have no idea what anyone is talking about or what is going on. In the words of the property owners they are the most crooked company they ever worked with.

Confusion trying to get an important message to an employee. I was finally transferred to someone who had voicemail. 10 seconds into the message their system kicked in with if you're happy enter number 1.

I had Besco come out after Lowe's burnt up my ovens. They came on time completed the necessary work needed. I was very pleased with there service. I would definitely use them again.

Speedy response but kind of expensive. Still, I will use them again since no other electrician will return a phone call within a reasonable time.
