If this could be a zero, it would. First, I have used CBP for 10+ years and they have always had a high degree of integrity...until lately. First, I had to call them for an obvious leak outside in end of May. When they came, the tech insisted I call leak finders, even though the ground was boggy and marked for them. He said it would only be $200 and would be better than digging multiple holes. Ok. Made sense, but it actually costs $350 for leak finders... and guess what, the leak was in the exact spot I had already marked out. Then, a few weeks later, I had a shower handle that broke and water was spraying out. I had to cut off the water to the house until a tech(calling them techs because they don't deserve to be called plumbers) could come out, which was fortunately promptly the next day. It gave me time to buy a new tub handle with the valve. The next day, the techs came out and said the valve was broken, which I knew, and was why I bought a whole new set, same brand, same style valve. After cutting 3 wholes in my wall, they capped off the water and told my husband they couldn't use that valve and tub assembly and told him to get a valve only at Home Depot. So he did. The next day, they came back. Put the new valve on, but unfortunately, they had never checked to verify that the handle was ok. It was stuck to the valve. They ran to Home Depot to get a replacement. They put a chrome one on a brushed nickle set. Total bill was $800. I went upstairs to check the work, unfortunately after I had already paid and saw their mistake with the handle. I called the tech immediately when I saw the handle asking him to bring the other one back because it has a lifetime warranty, as does the valve. He never called back. Called the office immediately as well when no answer from the technician. I ended up calling the office 3 times asking for itemized receipt and the parts and to speak to a supervisor. I was told numerous times I would get a phone call back. I put a stop payment on my card at this point. To this day, a month later, no one has called back. I have on cameras at my home. The techs were in my house 3 hours. We supplied all the supplies with exception of pec tubing. So where is the $800? I was willing to pay them but wanted an explanation of the bill. So my warning to everyone, STAY AWAY. Chuck apparently is no longer in charge, and there is NO accountability in this business anymore. ( I do have to say the woman who answers the phone is an absolute gem, and they don't deserve her.) By the way, the techs could have measured from the middle of the spicket to the edge of the wall, and then reversed it on the outside wall to find the location of the pipes.

I contracted with CBP to install a new tankless water heater at my home. My experience with them started with a great visit from both the plumber assigned to the job and their lead in the tankless space. They took over 30 minutes with me for this free visit to examine the existing unit to make sure that it wasn't salvageable before talking about a new unit. From there, they were very transparent with pricing and the work involved. I quickly received a quote for a new Navien tankless unit and was able to schedule the installation within a day. On installation day, Evan showed up exactly at the appointment time and installation went smoothly - until it didn't. Due to some nuance with our supply system and existing gas plumbing, the installation stretched for several hours but at every turn, it was made clear that they were there until the job was done. After a bit of problem solving, and many, many trips up and down our basement stairs, we had reliable hot water again! I can't say enough good things about the process. Evan even called the next morning to make sure that everything was still working as prescribed. While it is often easy to take for granted the installations that just go right, as an engineer I appreciate more the installations that may have a few hiccups but are sorted out through patience and critical thinking. Thanks CBP!

We have used Cedar Bluff Plumbing several times in the past and have always been very satisfied. Our latest plumbing issue turned out to be more complicated than anticipated, however Stephen Anderson handled all repairs, making it a smooth experience. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend CBP!

I called Cedar Bluff plumbing frantic because I needed someone out asap. The lady on the phone was so kind and helpful and even though they were booked, were willing to fit me in before the end of the day. So grateful!

I have been using Cedar Bluff Plumbing for a while, and I cannot say enough good things about them. They are always quick to respond. The price is always very reasonable, and I never feel like they are ripping me off. On a couple major projects they have done at my house, they have even come in under their estimate! If you need a plumber, you can't go wrong here.

Great job! The plumbers and the office staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. We called several other places and Cedar Bluff Plumbing was less expensive and they were able to work us into their busy schedule when our water heater quit on us. We would definitely recommend this business.

Our spicket was broken/leaking so I went to remove to replace. Come to find out the piece I needed to replace was welded to the house water pipe and I had accidentally twisted my copper pipe off. This of course, happened on a Sunday and my water had to be turned off. Called Monday morning and they were able to be here by 9:15am that day. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and prompt. We also had a child with the 24 hour flu so not having water for even a night was a nightmare. So thankful and grateful that were were able to head over so fast and fix the issue! Their pricing was also very affordable.

I paid a $75 depatch fee for somone to come look at a job and provide an estimate for me on Oct. 4, 2023, which I needed to be done quickly. I have yet to receive an estimate for the work and it is currently Oct 17th. I understand that things happen and people go on vacation and/or are out of the office. However, many plumbing issues are time sensitve and to have this much turnaround is not what I expected. I guess I wasted my $75.
