Dean Plumbing, unlike other plumbers in the Princeton area, seems to emphasize fair pricing as well as strong customer service since it’s been under new management. The owner I deal with, Moody, has been consistently available by phone, same day. We had a billing miscommunication about a complex job that I finally realized was my fault, and he was gracious throughout. Strong recommendation.

When you live in an older home, 79 years old or so, (She’s a good old girl, and we love her) you deal with old plumbing, wiring, and everything that goes with that. Our home is heated by hot water that runs through pipes beneath the floors. Toasty floors in the winter, no allergies from the forced air. The boiler, or furnace, was “Blowing off” A term I’d never heard until Googled it, Today a brilliant young man named Bryan from Dean Plumbing and Heating fixed us up! He’s amazing! He’d lived in New York and knew exactly what needed to be done! Thank you Bryan!

We got back from out of town and found our AC had broken on the hottest day... other companies were three weeks out. This company was extremely responsive, a great value, and so quick to respond! They were so easy to contact and work with. They made sure to communicate well and even offered to bring a stand alone unit to keep us cool until they got out there. 10/10 recommend!!! Excellent service! After calling to set up an appointment an hour later Nathan was at our home. He checked our unit gave us our options and never pressured us to make a decision like most companies. We ended up getting a whole new unit Chris and Paul brought us over a few portable air conditioners till they was able to get here that evening to install the unit. Upon Chris and Paul arriving they installed the unit and was very nice and professional. I will be recommending Deans to all of our family and friends.

Jonathan Dean and his crew came to the rescue! I had many other estimates performed by other companies - all the big names here in Knoxville. He beat their pricing and was able to provide 0 down 0% financing. Most importantly, he thoroughly explained my options, and my house went from 90 degrees back to 70 in less than 30 hours from my first call, with an offer of portable cooling units. I got a great unit, at a great price, and one with locally available parts if service is needed or when the 10 year warranty runs out. My electric bill has dropped by more than the monthly payments. I have had the unit for a year now. I wanted to be sure there was service after the sale as well. There was a hiccup with the unit, a small leak caused by a manufacturing defect. That was handled, at 0 charge, the afternoon I called about it, on a Sunday. I have been extremely happy with the entire experience. Thank you, Jonathan Dean. You and your crew do fantastic work and provide professional, courteous and prompt service.

I am writing this review exactly 2 years after I had both AC units in the house replaced. Jonathan Dean and his wife came out on a Sunday afternoon and they were getting the job done on Monday! Since then his company has been doing the regular maintenance of the equipment and I am very happy. They were actually cheaper than everyone else and they help us with the financing. I recommend them anytime someone asks me. UPDATE #1: Almost going on 3 years now and I had to call them today to ask for help with my UV light in my HVACs. I was helped by both the owner (Jonathan Dean) and the dispatcher (Kim). I am now an even happier customer than before (can I leave 6 stars?) and it's this kind of attention and most importantly dedication to their customers that they have shown us since we first did business with them. Thank you! UPDATE #2: Daniel came out today to perform the preventive maintenance and check that everything is still working well (not an issue in the last 5 years). He was very courteous and well spoken. Clean and professional look. He worked for over an hour to do his thing and then cleaned up all the equipment. Definitely going the extra mile. Very impressed still by this company and the people they have.

We purchased a new heat and air unit from Dean 4 years ago. We always receive top notch service. Nathan has been our tech for any issues that we have had and he is very professional and thorough. He has a great personality and answers any questions that we may have. If you are looking for good quality service then Dean is the business that you should choose.

Wanted to thank the team at Deans Plumbing and Heating who made my install of new smart thermostat from beginning to end seamless ( and especially since I am out of state). From Danielle and Casey in Customer Service, Nathan a GREAT install job ( walked me through operations over the phone) and finally Tim getting it billed all in one day!! Great job guys.
