We had two heating and air conditioning systems installed for our up and downstairs. I cannot say enough about their technician Josh. He spent the time to ensure the systems were installed correctly and did a wonderful job! They worked incredibly hard on a big project that was finished beautifully. Not often you can say that about your systems, but they pulled it off! Josh provided exceptional service during the time they were here, and was always willing to answer any questions brought to him. This company has some wonderful technicians there who are all friendly, and very well versed in their field. Then, Darell and Tyler here today to work on our heating and air conditioning system after a water backup issue and they were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful service! The work done by Riley and his technician was perfect! He was very thorough in his explanation during the sales part of the process. He is extremely knowledgeable of every aspect of what his job entails. In the photo provide ignore the dirty floors and walls, our old water heater busted and that is a mess we need to clean up. The focus is on how great this looks and it works amazing! I filled up my jacuzzi tub at one time for the first time since we bought the house 3 years ago! From the call to the customer service to the moment they arrived to the clean up when they finished the install was superb! I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!

Keagan & Kevin were an Absolutely Great Team! Our vent looks GREAT! They were both very Professional, Kind, Reliable, Honest and Positive! They fixed our problem very Quick & was Very Efficient! This company had Great Communication and was the First Company we spoke to after many calls, that would come fix our Business Vent! They got to us the Next Day, called us before arrival time, very fast in email & responses. When these two showed up they knew exactly what we needed, went and got the part and fixed it in the same day! What a Great Company! This will be our go to company for all Future needs! Great Job GoHero!!!!!

I needed some electrical work done. The electrician from Hero initially installed 4 outdoor lights. I was really pleased. I also had him fix some other issues while he was here. He did an excellent job. I would recommend them.

First, the women at the office were very helpful and amazing. They were able to get us a technician very quickly. Josh did a fantastic job giving us options and not pressuring us to do anything, offering everything from a fix of our system to a new system and range of costs to help fit our budget. The only problem we had was Josh was not there throughout the process of installation and some things fell through the cracks. This was because he was not there to make sure everything promised was completed (also, perhaps communication among their team could have been better) . So we were not happy, at this point we would have given them 2 stars. HOWEVER, they made sure to make it right and completed everything they promised and needless to say, we are happy with them. Thanks to GoHero for being patient, kind, and making sure we are happy customers!

I’ve used these good people previously and, like before, they responded quickly and got repairs underway. The size of the job and rain prevented completion today, but they will be here bright and early Monday morning to finish up. And it was a big job, involving lots of excavation, emptying a septic tank and replacing a good length of pipe that had been broken by tree roots. Everyone is great to deal with and I’m happy with their responsiveness and the hard work the folks put into this job. I’ve been promised working plumbing by evening. Highly recommended.

Fantastic team and great professional service. They truly are experts in what they do!! My only caveat is to definitely shop around a little if budget is a concern. It was not cheap! A water line ended up breaking during the dig which costed us more than anticipated in addition to replacing our exterior water pump connected to our well water. I'll be feeling this in my bank for a while 😅 but no regrets as they gave us a lot of peace of mind moving forward.
