Hands down the best contractor we’ve ever hired. If you need any plumbing work done whatsoever give these guys a call. We had our whole house repiped from cast iron to PVC. They came out same day to quote put us on the schedule when it lined out for our schedule and had it done in 2 1/2 days. The guys were very professional and it was like they were never here after they were done.

Fantastic service! I called for a leaking faucet and Danny was here within the hour on a Saturday to fix the problem!! Very reasonable price for service and he fixed it quickly. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others!! Very pleased!

I used these guys a few weeks ago, no issues. Had a clog on one of the snow weekends. Thought we could make it till Monday but unfortunately I had to have Danny come out on a snowy Saturday. When I called him he was booked up but still was able to work me in later that evening. I explained this seems to happen every 3 to 5 years. Last 2 times I made the mistake of calling 2 of the big name companies that advertise a lot. I didn't have a clean out in the yard so he said the best way to tackle this is to pull the toilet and go in there. None of the other 2 previous companies ever mentioned that as an option. Although he was there late he stayed till the job was done and got me up and working. Did all this cheaper than the big name companies, even with the emergency fee. Had a camera issue so had to come back Monday to run the camera. Once again pulled the toilet to do so, snakes the drain again to get a better look. Didn't charge me any additional since his camera had an issue Saturday. Turns out I had roots in my drain so Jake had to come about a week later and repair that. I didn't get other quotes but I feel that I was given a fair price for that work. They do a good job, they do a thorough job and the price for the work is fair. Will be my first call for my future plumbing needs.

Danny gave me an ETA and promptly arrived even though it was “rush hour” heading south in Alcoa Highway. He assessed the potential problem, removed the grinder pump lid, found the issue and fixed. Fortunately, it was a simple fix with no parts needed. He also recommended a spring cleaning service which I will absolutely get on their schedule. Thanks for your quick response!

Hard Knox plumbing came in with the best price for quality products. Danny installed my new water heater and relocated it to a new spot. Not to mention haul off of old water heater. I had 5 other companies come give an estimate and I had the best experience with Hard Knox. I would recommend to anybody looking for quality and trustworthy plumbers that use great quality products like Bradford White compared to Rheem like most others that came to quote. I got a bigger and better water heater for less money. I would highly recommend.

Hard knox installed a new main water line to my house. I could not be any more pleased with the work that was done in all aspects. Definitely will recommend this company!

Had a drain clog that was causing all water to pour out of toilet, bathtub, and sink in the basement. Called Hard Knox and they had someone out here in 30 minutes. They snaked the drain, cleared the clog, and were on their way. Great service. Will definitely use again.
