I WOULD NOT recommend this company for anything. I called them for a bathroom sink clog that commercial drain cleaner wouldn't clear and scheduled the appointment for two days later. When they arrived at my house and learnt I used commercial drain cleaner they said they couldn't work the clog until the drain cleaner was removed from the pipe and pipes neutralized. This is something they could have mentioned when I scheduled the appointment. What homeowner doesn't try drain cleaner before calling the plumber? So I do the steps they required then waited two more days for pipes to dry then tried to schedule another appointment. The person on the phone tried every way possible to get me to use another company. First he quoted a price of $275. Then went on about they are not a full service plumber and if the pipes leak after clearing the drain they cannot fix them. He even recommended other plumbers in the area. I then asked if I was willing to pay the incredibly high price for the service and am willing to accept they won't be held responsible if the pipe leaks, could they get there before Christmas? He then went on to say it may be a week before they can get to me. Clearly they did not want my business and they shall never have it. I used Danny's plumbing in Oak Ridge. He showed within two hours, unclogged the drain line and only charged $125. DO NOT USE THESE FOOLS!!!

Amazing same day service when our basement flooded. Professional & kind employees - they explained what was wrong so that I was able to understand & fixed our problem within 30 minutes! Extremely affordable. Highly recommend!

We thought we had a drain blockage issue at our house that was affecting the kitchen sink and our washing machine. It sounded like our drain pipes were gurgling Listerine. We called up Kington, who were able to come that day to check it out. They quickly found out it wasn't a blockage, but there was both a crack in the pipe in our basement as well as an incorrectly installed line. They took the time to both explain and physically walk through the issue. They even offered to directly contact whoever would perform the repairs for me to give them the exact details. They answered all of my questions in a way that made sense, and honestly just went above and beyond with their assistance, politeness, and patience. I 100% recommend them for this type of work, and would contact them again if something like this does (hopefully not) happen again.

Referred by a plumber friend. I called and was given an appointment for the next day. I had to reschedule a week out. They were very responsive, showed up and fixed the issue in about 20 minutes. Very nice guys and reasonable pricing.

Wish I could give more stars!!!! Absolutely phenomenal work and efficient. Our sewer line got clogged and everything was running back in the tub and sinks. My husband called a plumber who referred him to this company and so so grateful they did. The 2 men who came out weren’t talkers which I was completely good with because im not either but they were professional and got right to work and had us fixed in no time. And for a single income family of 5 the price is unbeatable!!! Definitely 100% recommend!!!! If you have a clog, call KINGTON!!!!!

I am very pleased with the service provided by Kington who helped fix a badly clogged toilet and diagnosed the reason for the problem. They were prompt and responsive, and they were very neat, clean, professional, and respectful of our home. A pleasure to deal with. I recommend them without reservation.

Kington was able to get to my situation earlier than expected which was such a help for me. Dean and Jason were able to provide what the plan was quickly and addressed the issue in a timely matter. Very respectful, experienced, and carful working inside the home. When they handed me the invoice I was surprised in a good way.

Exceptional response time and customer service! The lady that answered our call was very pleasant to speak with, and Richard and Tyler arrived within an hour and a half of our call. We had a clogged sewer line, and after much hard work they were able to have our line flowing smoothly again. They were both courteous, they explained everything they were doing, and were all around a pleasure to deal with and have in our home. We've always used Kington, and this is exactly why - they are a wonderful team and always a pleasure to deal with from start to finish!
