Knoxville Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Knoxville Plumbing was great! It wasn't an emergency, but I got a same day appointment. I received a call letting me know they were on their way. I even received a text with tracking available. Zak & Landon were awesome! They were very honest about our issue and highly recommend them!

We appreciate Kenny & Landon’s quick and efficient repair to our rather complex plumbing leak. They work well as a team and were very respectful and cleaned up nicely on completion of the job. The office communication is superb.

Aaron Tatum was very friendly and professional. He did a great job replacing our shower pipes and valves. He cleaned up and our shower works great. Fixture looks very nice. Knoxville plumbing has done a lot of work in my house and I'd recommend their work any time.

I recently had plumbing work done. Water heater replacement and shower fixtures replace. Daniel was very professional and answered all questions I had. The work was accomplished in a timely manner and all work areas were clean when he finished. The finished product is awesome. He had a young man with him, Dekota. He was also very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Knoxville Pluming sounded very professional on the the phone. Upon arrival, very scripted and very sales driven. I was sold on the flashy videos and brochures. I didn't take the time I should have to read all the reviews, big mistake! They replaced the sewer pipe from the house to the road and in the process damaged our Japanese Maple, valued at $3,000+. I understand they have to dig near the tree but no one called or mentioned that their the heavy equipment they where using may come into contact with the tree or worse, possibility damage it. I called the service manager Brett to discuss the matter. We had been out of town during the repair. After I reported the damage, Brett made the accusation that I was trying to avoid paying the remaining balance on my account. After arguing with him for several minutes. I agreed to pay the balance. He said he would send a tree specialist out to have a look. After the tree specialist met with me he was of the opinion. that the root system was 30% damaged and the branches were needlessly damaged as well. He recommended having the tree treated to prevent fungus and further damages. Brett diffused responsibility, severely lacked customer vision and refused to treat the tree as recommended by the tree company or offer any solutions to remediate the damages. I would strongly suggest finding another plumbing company to do your work.

Great company! Aaron came out on a Saturday and he diagnosed the plumbing situation with our home (older) home and gave us an estimate and explanation of what needed to be done. He is very thorough and honestly does a terrific job!

Knoxville Plumbing has now done 2 jobs for my family and they were both positive experiences. We decided to sign up for their VIP Club and it helped save us some money. They even honored an expired (by only a couple of days) coupon. Daniel was our plumbing technician and he was on time, communicated what he found in a way to easily understand, left to retrieve a part and returned to complete the work. Daniel did a very thorough review of all our plumbing, did everything he said he was going to, and overall did a great job! I had a very good experience and could solidly recommend Knoxville Plumbing and Daniel H.

The receptionist, Janet, was very pleasant when I called to set up my appointment. She was able to get me in the morning I was off. She also called me the day of my appointment to let me know the technician was on his way. Excellent customer service by her. The technician, Ben, was outstanding. He was on time and got my servicing done promptly. He did a total inspection of my house and explained what needed to be done and what the cost would be. I had him do an additional service while he was here. When I need to use Knoxville Plumbing again, I'll be requesting Ben to do the work. He's very, very good at his craft.
